-Your POV-
          Since my boyfriend broke up with me my friend has been dying to set me up with one of his friends who was also single.
"Daveed, how do I look?" I asked walking out of my room.
"Great. Trust me Lin is great your gonna love him." I said goodbye to him and went to the restaurant where I was supposed to meet Lin. "You must be Lin. Hi I'm Y/N." I said walking up the front door where a man was waiting. "Hi, wow. You look great." He said with a smile we walked into the restaurant and got a table. "So tell me about yourself Lin." I smiled after we ordered our food. "Well there's not much to know really, I used to be a substitute teacher but now I mainly work on songs and shows." He said.
"What about you?"
"Not much either. I'm studying law right now." "You wanna be lawyer?" I nodded.
"I love law. It's so interesting." He nodded. Then out of no where his phone rang.
"I'm sorry, I have to take this, I'll be right back." Then he left leaving me alone at the table he came back moments later sitting back down.
"Sorry, my son wanted me to sing him to sleep." He laughed sitting back down.
"Son? You have a son?"
"Oh god, I didn't tell you about my son." I shook my head.
"It's ok Lin." I smiled putting my hand on top of his.
"It's ok if you wanna end the date now." He said sadly.
"No, tell me about him." I smiled, his eyes went wide and a big smiled appeared on his face. "His name is Sebastian, his mom died a week after he was born. He's two now. And I love him so much. My son means everything to me." He said pulling out his phone and showing me a picture of him.
"He's adorable Lin, I would love to met him one day." I smiled at him.
"Yeah, I'll take you to meet him one day." He smiled back at me.
-one month later-
I took a deep breath as I drove to Lin's house. Today I was meeting Sebastian.
Me and Lin have been seeing each other for a month and he wants me to meet his son and to say I was nervous would be an understatement. I pulled up to his house and got out.
Nervously I knocked on the door. Lin answered and gave me a hug.
"Ready to meet him?" I nodded and he let me inside.
"Sibby, I have someone I want you to meet." I saw a little boy how was playing on the floor. "Sib this is daddy's girlfriend Y/N." I walked over to him and sat on the ground next to him. "Hi." I said to him.
"Hi. I'm Sebastian!"
"I'm Y/N. It's lovey to meet you Sebastian." "Wanna play?" I nodded and he handed me a toy and we started playing together. Soon he was tired out and crawled into my lap and fell asleep making me smile. God he was to cute, I just met this little boy and I love him so much. "I guess he likes you." Lin whispered wrapping his arms around me.
"He makes my heart melt." I held the little boy close as he slept in my arms.
"I love you Y/N."
"I love you too Lin."
