Working at the DPD, she never really knew what was going to happen. One moment she's trying to deal with an alcoholic detective, and then you're trying to flirt with the plastic one. Deviancy was still a newer concept to him, but he was slowly but surely picking up on things that actual people did. It was cute whenever he made a mistake, and- she just thought he was cute in general. The way the few strands of hair asymmetrically hung on his forehead, and how his chocolate colored eyes lit up whenever he saw a dog or something else he really liked. She liked his smile, and she likes his personality. God, what didn't she like about him? Oh yeah;

He was completely oblivious to her obvious flirting.

When she made it painfully obvious she was into him, he just didn't understand. Or maybe he did and was just ignoring it...? She really hoped that wasn't the case, though.

Connor was sitting at his desk, typing away at another report he had to have finished by the end of the week. (Y/N) bent down, and sat her head on his shoulder. "Hiya, Connor. What'cha working on?" She already knew the answer to that question, but she just wanted to hear his voice. "Oh, nothing of much importance to you. But if you would really like to know, it's just a simple report about some more android human murders going on. The usual, right (Y/N)?" He smiled while still looking at his computer. She was content, but not for very long.

She thought about doing it, but maybe it was too bold? She'd just stick to something basic for right now. With her head still on his shoulder, she moved slightly so she could kiss his cheek. She removed herself from him and walked to her desk, which was in the clump with Gavin's. He ceased what he was doing, and just froze. His thirium pump or 'heart' as (Y/N) would sometimes call it, forgetting he was an android, started beating faster, and in an arrhythmical fashion. A blue blush crept onto his cheeks, as he looked over at you, Gavin flirting with you in hopes you'd actually say yes to something he'd say.

Connor was feeling something inside of him. Although it was harmless flirting, and he knew you would never say yes, yet he still felt... something. He searched his databases for something that matched what he was feeling until he came upon one word.

Jealousy.

But she wasn't his. So why was he jealous? He didn't even know himself. "Connor? Could you go get me a coffee? Thanks." Hank asked the android, who was so deep in thought, he almost didn't hear him. "Yes, Hank, of course." Connor smiled at him, and Hank returned it. But as he was going to retrieve Hank's coffee, he would pay (Y/N) a little visit.

Filling out some paperwork Fowler had assigned you, you just wanted to bash your head in with a rock. Between this and Gavin, you just couldn't handle it. You were this close to "self-destructing", but not before Connor walked by giving you a chaste kiss on the cheek, continuing walking to the break room. Your face bloomed a red-pink color and you hid your face in your hands. You liked it, but it would've been better if Mr. Gavin Fucking Reed wasn't sitting directly across from you, giggling like a schoolboy about what he just saw.

You got up from your seat, and you yourself also headed towards the break room, hoping to catch Connor before he left. And luckily, you did. He was making coffee, or who you presumed to be Hank, and not really paying attention to anything but the coffee. Approaching the male, you stood on your toes, and gave him another kiss on the cheek, almost making him drop the cup he was holding. He glanced over at you, then immediately turned to face you.

He opened his mouth to say something, but being the impatient human you were, you pulled on his tie making your lips to connect, and finally having a real kiss. And that's when he dropped the cup. His synthetic lips felt nice on yours, as you slung your arms around his neck, and ran your fingers through his nice hair, ruffling it up a bit. They both pulled back, blushing messes. Your arms rested loosely around his neck, as he began to speak. "Well," He opened his mouth, and seductively ran his tongue over his top lip.

"Adapting to human unpredictability is one of my features."

And then he winked at you.

God, what didn't you love about him?

Apparently, nothing anymore, since he finally noticed your flirting.

But you loved him just as much, now as you did earlier.

And you both liked it.
