You woke up to the sound of loud sniffling coming from the living room of your house. Concerned for who was making the sound, you lifted yourself out of your comfy bed and quickly but quietly made your way to the living room. It was Colin, and he was crying. He was hugging a pillow, to most likely hide the sound of him crying. Your heart sank when you saw him bawling on the couch. He looked worn out, uncomfortable, and mainly just depressed. When he saw you, he immediately flinched under your gaze and scooted back on the couch. "H-hi, (Y-Y/N)." He put on a fake smile and tried to pretend that nothing happened when indeed something was going on. You slowly approached him and sat down on the couch next to him. Colin was your boyfriend, and it hurt you to see him cry, especially when he had panic attacks. They didn't happen often, but when they did, you were the only person who could comfort him. "Colin? Are you okay?" Your voice was soft and quiet, trying not to scare the panicked android. He stopped moving away from you and looked away from you. "Do you love me? Even after I tried to kill Connor and Hank?" More tears threatened to spill out of his eyes, and your own started to form as well. You tackled him in a hug, muttering comforting words in his ear. "Colin, people have done bad things in their past, and they've forgiven you. And Colin, oh god, I- there isn't- there aren't enough words in any language to express my love for you." Now you were crying, your face buried in the crook of your neck. He seemed to have calmed down now and was now comforting you instead.
You both woke up on on the couch, you on top of him, and cuddling. You pushed yourself up, to where you were straddling his hips, and stretched your arms. Colin opened his eyes, his chocolate eyes connecting with your (E/C) ones. You leaned back down and gave him a soft kiss on his lips. "You know I will always love you right?" You smiled at him and nodded. "Yes, I know, Colin. And I will always love you. Until the day I die" You held out your pinkie to him. "I promise." He grabs your pinkie with his and pulls you back down for another kiss.
Nothing could be more perfect. Well, other than the times where they weren't. But let's leave that for another time, shall we?
