Mist of Doom is a Fanfic created by TheBiologist13. It takes place within the GunGrave Overdose Universe. Despite this though the story attempts to keep the info it wants you to know within the story, requiring little background knowledge of the game that inspired it. Which is good as the writing itself is phenomenal and the creator seems to really know how to write the scenes they want to write. I highly suggest giving the story a read and supporting the author as they deserve it.
These are just the notes I had made for the author themselves to look at and see what I had to say. You are free to look at them, maybe they'll entice you to check out the story.
Ch.1 : The first chapter is interesting. Introducing two characters Billy and Jyuji. It's well written, and seems to know what it's doing. I say this was a really good start as I see no issues with the first chapter.
Ch.2 : The chapters starts off strong with that simile of how Mika felt being there. This chapter unlike the first one had very minor mistakes that can easily be fixed with a reread. Besides that the chapter was well written.
Ch.3 : The third chapter seemed oddly different than the first two. Not a bad different, just different. Maybe it was that most of the dialogue took place in his head, I don't really know. Besides this it was still another great chapter!
Ch.4 : This chapter had a different perspective as well, and you got to find out some info on what happened in the first chapter. I really couldn't find anything I could even nitpick about, the chapter was well written like the others and seemingly didn't even have typos.
