Chapter 9

CH 9

Andy's POV.

Melody and Loly went into the living room where the piano was. I didn't know who was playing but they were playing a different song then what Elian played yesterday. I heard one of them hum or sing I couldn't tell it was soft and quiet. I looked at Elian as he kept eating. I then looked at Juliet.

Juliet: I wonder what they are doing.

Andy: as long as she is happy that is what actually matters.

Juliet: yeah, why do you think she doesn't like to sing in front of us?

Andy: I don't know but maybe she'll get there eventually.

Juliet: maybe but maybe there is another reason.

The music stopped. They then just talked.

Andy: if there is, maybe we will find out or maybe she'll tell us.

Juliet: okay so what do we know about her right now?

Andy: she definitely seems happier with Loly but what about her other friend.

Juliet: Lesly?

Andy: yeah isn't she supposed to be here right now

Juliet: yeah, but besides that, she loves Elian that's a fact.

Elian: yeah.

Melody and Loly walked into the kitchen.

Elian: thank you Lee I'm done.

Melody: your welcome.

Melody grabbed Elian's plate and put it in the sink. Elian got off from the chair and walked back upstairs.

Elian: I'll be right back.

Loly: okay tell your mom I'm here if you see her.

Elian: okay.

Elian walked upstairs. Melody and Loly walked towards the windows. It got quiet. Melody leaned her head on Loly's shoulder. Juliet got up from the chair and walked towards the girls. I followed after her. Once Juliet was there she put her hand on Melody's shoulder and then Melody faced her as well as Loly. Once I got there I saw that Melody wasn't crying or anything just silent.

Juliet: Melody what's wrong?

Melody: just bored.

Andy: okay well what can you guys do?

Melody: I don't know.

Loly: Mel what's wrong?

Melody: nothing I'm just bored.

Loly: are you sure?

Melody: yeah I'm just bored right now.

Juliet: okay well why don't you guys go outside?

Loly: how about tonight we make a fire? You can even get your guitar and we can sing. I know you want to.

Melody got a smile on her face.

Melody: yeah I do, I also know you would want to make s'mores.

Loly: OMG CAN WE PLEASE?!

Melody: I don't know yet.

Juliet: if you both want to make s'mores you should.

Melody: I need to see if there are graham crackers chocolate and marshmallows here and if not I need to go buy it at the supermarket.
