Chapter 12

CH 12

Melody's POV.

I was laying in my bed under all the blankets. I felt someone shaking me, in attempt to wake me up. I slowly opened my eyes to see Ashley and CC in front of me.

Melody: what do you want?

CC: not a morning person today, I see.

Ashley: your mom and dad left for something in the morning and left us in charge but it's already eleven and your dad just texted us that you need to be ready because we are heading out in two hours.

Melody: but I don't want to get up.

CC: well that sucks because you have to get ready.

Melody: what do I have to get ready for? It's not like I'm doing anything.

Ashley: I don't know but can you please get up and get ready?

Melody: fine.

I lazily got out of bed and walked to my suitcase and picked out olive green high waisted shorts and a black muscle tee that said practice like you've never won perform like you've never lost in green writing. I walked to the bathroom showered and changed. I walked out combing my hair and I put my dirty laundry in a bag in my suitcase I finished combing my hair and then I put comb away and hair dried my bangs. My stomach was showing because the arm holes of my muscle tee ended where my shorts began.

Ashley: ah so this is how you look on a regular day?

Melody: it feels good to have my clothes back.

CC: glad to know you feel good.

Melody: yeah it feels nice to feel good as well.

Ashley: you don't feel uncomfortable showing your bare sides?

Melody: nope not my sides.

CC: okay as long as your okay with it.

Ashley: so are you feeling okay today?

Melody: yep I am.

CC: good are you ready to start tour?

Melody: yeah I'm ready, even though I have no idea how this is going to work.

Then there was a knock on the door. I walked to the door and stood on my tippy toes trying to see out of the peephole but I couldn't even see out of it, then I heard CC and Ashley laugh.

I turned towards them

Melody: what?

Ashley: you are so short.

CC: you can't even see out of the peephole.

Ashley: move shorty let me see who's at the door.

I moved away from the door and walked towards my bed and laid back down. I then heard the door close and looked towards it. I then saw Jake and Jinx walk in.

Jake: oh good she's awake.

Melody: morning.

Jinxx: morning so let's head to the tour bus.

Ashley: we're heading out now?

Jake: yeah Andy and Juliet are going to meet us there.

Ashely: let's go shorty.

I got up from my bed grabbed my phone, briefcase, and bookbag. CC and Jinxx got my suitcases for me, Ashley and Jake grabbed my duffle bags for me. We walked out of the room and took the elevator into the lobby. I checked my phone as the guys were paying for the hotel rooms. I had a message from dad it said, "your mom and I are going to be out for the morning I left the guys in charge of you I'll meet you later. I love you" that was sent about five hours ago. I didn't reply because I think I'll see him soon anyways. CC and Jinxx walked in front of me while Jake and Ashley walked behind me I felt as if I were in a box. Then we were at this bus.
