Yellona pov
"Keep. the door open." I emphasized before he thought to shut it. He left the door alone and came to sit beside me.
"I know it sucks having me around helping because I look like my brother. That's why I took the out of town job." He explained to me. I looked down at my bare feet.
"You didn't have to. I don't know who'd I call if I needed help and this shit proves to be hard for me yet again. I remember the first time and how bad I wanted to give up after I had her." I explained to him shaking my head. "Your brother said he sat and watched her grow up outside of this house. He told her-"
"I may look like him, but I honestly care about your feelings. I don't wanna be t-the twin to the brother that raped you. Yellona, I'm my own person. You gotta cut me some slack. You really be making me run in circles girl." He laughed looking down at the carpet. I smiled and blushed.
"Maybe you should wear a mask or something. Disguise your voice." I joked. Sabrina came rolling out of the living room laughing.
"Don't do that. He ain't Batman." She butted in. I chuckled and watched her get up and walk away again. Sometimes I wondered about her.
"Okay, maybe not Batman, but Aquaman works." He joked. I smiled and looked down at the hand he held out with that green ring in his palm. He took my hand and looked at it.
"I promise to be here after every hard day of work, to help when needed and to not fall asleep on the couch when my eyes say so." He chuckled. I snickered and watched him give me his high school class ring on my finger before kissing my hand. He looked up at me and smiled.
"You're corny as fuck. Can we go open the gifts now?" I asked impatiently. He helped me up and everybody came and crowded in the babies room. Filled with stuff.
It took time, but they ended up getting the spots off of the carpet from Jon and Jeff being in there. The smell too. I didn't know guys could smell that bad until I threw up. Thank God it smelled like love and care in here now.
"So, the clothes go in the dresser. Anything too big for him for now, go on the hangers in the closet." I instructed as I sat in the rocking chair and rubbed at my belly.
Sabrina presented me with a gift and I took it and unwrapped it. A bath tub.
"Bella, you mind sharing bath time with bubby?" I asked her as she ripped open sheets to his crib that hasn't been put up yet. She looked up at me and shook her head.
"Who's bubby?" Sabrina asked.
"Her brother I'm guessing." My mom semi whispered as her and Cody lined up the parts to the crib. Cody chuckled.
"Bubby sounds cute. Not sure if it should be his name." Cody said looking over at me.
It's not. It's his nickname." I said as a matter of fact. He looked down at me in thought, but said nothing.
"So you thought of his nickname before you named him?" Sabrina asked. I shook my head and opened the next box she handed me.
"I have his name already." I protested.
"What is it?" Everybody spoke at once.
"Leo." I answered plainly.
"But his birthday is supposed to be in May. You sure he's gonna let you hold him captive that long?" Cody asked jokingly. Everybody laughed. I shook my head.
"Okay, when you put it like that, no. Brain then." I snickered. Everybody looked at me like I had lost my marbles. "No? Okay. Maleek." I said plainly. They all shrugged
