Sabrina
I parked my car and sighed out heavily. I was more nervous than I wanted to be. I looked over at Babe on her phone and she looked back.
"You good?" She asked. I shook my head. She leaned over and hugged me tight. I hugged her back.
"I know it's gonna be hard. You just gotta push through, okay?" She assured me as she rubbed my back. I nodded.
I slid out of the car and put my keys in my purse while I walked towards the front door. Before I could knock, the door swung open and Mrs. G stepped out wiping at her face when she saw us.
"Hey girls." She greeted.
"Hey Mrs. G. We were just stopping by." I spoke up. She nodded and smiled caressing my arm.
"So she told you too huh?" She asked. I looked at her confused.
"Told me what?" She looked at me for a long while before trying to figure out what she'd say next and shook her head.
"I-I think Monte should tell you. I'll see you girls later." She gave my arm a good squeeze and walked passed me to her car. I looked at Babe and she shrugged as she entered into the house after me.
"Hey Mr. G, what's Mrs-"
"Hey Sabrina. Hey Babe. I'm kinda in a rush right now." He said passing me with Isabella running up behind him.
"Yeah? What for?" I asked as I followed him to the babies room. I hadn't been here since we'd fixed it up months ago. Mr. G turned around and leaned up against the crib looking me over for a while before looking back at Babe.
"Babe didn't tell you?" He asked curiously. I shook my head and glared back at her.
"I think not."
"No worries." He shrugged Turing back to the crib. He lifted the Charli out of the crib and smiled. "You wanna hold him?" He asked me. I shook my head and turned to leave out the room. I couldn't handle holding him from what I knew now.
"Bri..."
"Babe, she told me I didn't matter. That she'd handle me when she got back and you know what she did when she got back?" I asked facing her way. She shook her head. I wiped at the tears that were beginning to form and sighed. "She ignored me. She walked right passed me and didn't say a damn thing." I said to her. My voice shaking.
"Yellona wouldn't do tha-"
"But she did." I spat back at Mr. G. "So what is it that you all had important to tell me since we on the subject." I folded my arms over and waited in the hall.
"Hold him for me." He said to me softly. I shook my head and looked away from the cute little boy laying in his arms. "Please. Just real quick." He pleaded. I held my arms out and he placed him there and went straight to Yel's room.
I looked down at Charli and melted. He looked like a mixture between Cody and Yel but he resembled yel more to me. "You are too cute." I said to him as he looked up at me with his beautiful hazel eyes. The thought of Yel having a kid with Caleb consensually crossed my mind and my blood beginning to boil. How could she just up and forget about me after saying she loved me.
"Here ya go. Let's switch." Mr. G interrupted my thoughts. I shook my head. I didn't wanna give him away just yet. I got the bag and walked to take a seat with Charli in the living room.
The first thing I pulled out was a box. I opened it. It was a heart necklace. I reached in the box again and smiled. It was an off guard picture of me and her in a frame. I reached in the bag one last time and realized that that was all that was in the bag.
