A few months had gone by and Remi and Shiloh wrote love letters to one another. Remi learned that Shiloh and the others graduated a week after they had stopped seeing each other and she was happy that they were finished with high school. Remi had bought Shiloh something for his graduation present, but she wanted to give it to him in person, which she would be able to do that night. Remi was told by her biological mother it was alright to see him again. Her adopted parents agreed, "Are you going to tell him tonight?" Mrs. Owens asked excitedly.

Remi smiled softly and nodded, "I am. It wasn't noticeable before, but three months ago I didn't even know," she giggled and put her hands on her stomach area smiling the whole time.

Her biological mother smiled and put her hand over Remi's, "I feel two of them in there," she replied softly.

"That's because I told you that just yesterday, after my doctor's appointment," Remi giggled and moved her hands to the back pockets of her jeans. Remi's biological mother had been staying with the Owens since Remi had gotten home. She knew Remi was in danger and she was there to make sure nothing went wrong with everything else.

"Do you know where he's taking you for dinner?"

Remi shook her head, "He told me it was a surprise in the last note he gave me," she answered and put a semi-fancy dress up to herself that she found in her closet, "Does this make me look fat?" she giggled.

"No. It looks perfect. Go put it on, dear."

Remi headed into the bathroom and changed into the dress. It was a maroon color and fell to her knees. The dress was slightly lower than she had expected, but she would pin it up just a little for dinner. It had large, thick straps and it had maroon beading on the straps. Once she had it on, she stepped out and showed it off for her mothers. She twirled happily and stopped to see someone standing at her bedroom door frame, "Daddy! What do you think?" she smiled brightly.

"Beautiful, princess. I came to let you know Shiloh is here. He is sitting in the living room waiting patiently. He looks pretty handsome himself for just a dinner date," Mr. Owens smirked, leaning against the door frame. Mrs. Owens giggled at her husband and glanced back to him.

"Dad, it may just be a dinner date to you, but to us, it's our first real date. It has to be a good one," Remi smiled and grabbed a small box with Shiloh's gift in it. She took a deep breath and hugged her mothers. Remi kissed her dad on the cheek and walked to the living room in one inch heels that were maroon. They had a cute maroon satin bow where her toes sat in the shoe and she grew more nervous as she went to see Shiloh.

Shiloh stood up to see Remi walking into the living room clutching something in her hand, "You look beautiful, Remi," his cheeks were dark crimson and Remi smiled shyly.

"You look handsome yourself, Shiloh," she remarked, glancing at her feet. "Shall we head to dinner?" she asked, grabbing her small purse off the table in the back of the couch.

"Um, yes. Do you mind putting this blindfold on? Where we are going is a surprise," Shiloh became very nervous and shy. He glanced down to Remi's stomach reign, noticing a small bump, but not saying anything on it.

Remi nodded to his question and grabbed the black blindfold as they headed to his SUV. Once they got inside the car, she put it on and sat there, her hands sweating up a storm. Luckily, she put the small jewelry box inside her purse, so she didn't lose it. She heard Shiloh get in on the other side and start up the car. Her heart was beating so fast, just like the first time they had seen each other after not seeing each other for three years. "Can you at least tell me a general area this place is located in?" she asked, trying to get a hint out of him.
