Remi was finally released from the hospital. It was the middle of the night and her friends and parents were tired. Shiloh and Remi parted ways at the front of the hospital, "I'll see you at the beach sometime," he smirked.

"I wouldn't miss it for the world," she smiled and left with her parents after kissing him on the cheek one last time. She was on cloud nine and her smile never faded. Mr. Owens glanced back in the rearview mirror, checking on Remi periodically with a soft, warm smile on.

"You seem to be in a much better mood than before," he smirked. Mrs. Owens slapped him in the knee and gave him the glare only a wife could give. He turned to face his wide as they were at a stop light, "What? I'm only pointing out the truth."

Mrs. Owens shook her head and sighed, "Remi, sweetheart...is he good to you?" She asked.

Remi wasn't even paying attention to her parents, but the moment she turned her head from watching out the window dreamily, she realized they were talking to her, "I'm sorry. I wasn't even paying attention to what you guys were saying to me," she giggled with glee. Her mind lingered on Shiloh and she was sure her parents could tell, since they just smiled at her and didn't say another word. Remi went back to daydreaming about Shiloh as the car moved again. She couldn't get over how thrilling the night before was. How it felt, how amazing it was for the both of them. She just couldn't stop thinking about it.

The Owens family eventually got home and Remi was ready to write Shiloh back. She walked into her room to see what resembled a tornado within her room. Paper was everywhere, claw marks were seen upon her walls and bedspread, and a dark liquid was soaked into the rug and hardwood floor. "What in the world?" she asked herself and slowly walked around her bed to see a Somber that looked strangely familiar. Her mind thought back to when she was a youngling and she saw her mother and father, but they weren't her human parents. They were her underworld parents. "D--dad..." she gasped and stumbled back to a wall closest to her.

She walked out of her room and straight into the kitchen. Remi saw her adopted parents and a woman that resembled an older her. She was traumatized at what she saw in her room. Her biological mother lowered her head, tears falling down her cheeks, "Mom..." she choked and began to cry herself. Remi may not know much about her parents in the underworld, but they did mean a lot to her. "Who or what did this?"

"Your fathers past human did it. We came up here to see you, when we heard you were awake. Your father and I were sure you had questions with some things, but his old human interfered with us coming here. The man had saw a glimpse of him, wondering why he came back. He feared him, as a human should fear their Somber, and shot him with the closest thing he had which just happened to be a pistol. He had followed us here and rampaged through your room, fighting back. The man finally killed him, but he doesn't know what I am. He doesn't know you exsit, or what you are either, princess," her mother explained. Remi's heart raced, fearing for both sets of parents lives along with her own and even Shiloh's and her friends. Who knows what the man would do if he found out what she was? She didn't want to risk everyone's lives and more importantly, she didn't want to lose anyone else in her life.

"Where does this man live?" Remi asked, a growl escaping as she spoke.

Her mother was hesitant on answering, "1290 W. Everglade Ave. Just a few blocks down from here," she replied.

Remi nodded and looked to her adopted parents, "I will be back. I won't hurt him or harm the man, I just want to confront him," she reassured them. She looked to her biological mother, "I just want to know who he is and how dad haunted him. Don't worry, I won't let my anger get the best of me," she gave a soft smile before grabbing a sweatshirt and leaving again.

Remi headed down the block, the sun was still down and she had her phone to keep an eye on the time. She searched for the street she needed and she found with no trouble at all. The actual house was harder to find, since all the porch lights were off and she could barely make out the numbers. "I know where it's at!" a voice chimed. Remi looked around to see where it was coming from. She saw a blend of golden and black fur in front of her along with rose pink fur in front of her. She squeaked and stumbled backwards.

"Who the heck are you two?" she asked with wide eyes.

"I'm Royal and that other there is Aurora. We are two other forms of yours. We watch over you and Shiloh," the rose pink creature grinned. Remi examined the two small creatures and realized they resembled her monster forms subtly. The Aurora form was exactly what her mother had explained to her and the Royal had flowers intertwined in its mane, antlers and even tails. It had eighteen tails, which meant it was a blended form between all three of her other forms.

"So...you two know where the house is? Where is Somber and Lucent?"

Aurora smirked, "They are with Shiloh. Somber is haunting him while you rest and Lucent is making sure he's okay."

Remi nodded and shrugged, "Take me to the house then," she demanded in a calm tone. The two creatures nodded and lead Remi to the house. She had passed it about fifteen times as she walked up and down the block prior. Remi took a deep breath before walking up to the door. She knocked in the door and the two creatures hid behind her. She grew anxious, waiting for the door to open. She looked at her feet, nervously.

Remi heard the door jiggle and it opened slowly, a head peeking around the door, "Remi? How did you find my house?"

Remi jolted her head up to see Shiloh standing at the door, dressed in his pajama pants only. Her cheeks grew a deep crimson and her glasses were beginning to fall off her nose, "Funny story..." she could feel the sun slowly rising before she even started talking, "Can I come in? Please?" she begged.

Shiloh nodded and opened the door wider, to let her inside. They snuck up into his room and he made sure the blinds were all closed, so no light could be seen through the cracks.
