Things will better than they were,
You'll be in the living room reading your favourite book,
With your favourite cup of coffee,
You'll watch as the rain falls,
You'll reminisce how you made it to the end,
On the walls of your house, will be the pictures of a future you thought would never come,
A smile will be on your face, the one that you thought you'd lose when you grow up,
You'll want to dance, to the music playing on the radio,
It's playing your once used to be favourite song,
The one that reminds you of memories and faces of people who still lighten up your world,
You'll dance, as no one watches,
You'll dance as you see how your steps are still the same as they were,
When you first heard the song,
You'll stop at every beat,
You'll laugh at all your quirks,
You'll realise that day,
That even though,
Life's not the way you want it to,
But it's the way it should be,
And that is the moment,
You'll know,
How to live.
