Don't look for sunshine when all your roots need is rain,
Stop walking on roads that lead to places you don't wanna visit,
Don't read the pages of stories you already know,
If the past brings nothing but hurt why turn back,
For once burn the bridges and learn,
For once try something new, try everything you thought you could never do,
Give new people a chance, new beginnings is all that life is about,
Nothing good comes out of holding on to the people who've left already,
Be your own angel and be your own heartbeat.
