This is a storyline reboot which was written by me in 2010, but I thought about it and applying it for Shen Wei and Zhao Yunlan could work as well. I put together all the small pieces from the drama as well to make this more familiar. Originally it has 10 short chapters. Depending on the views, votes, number of comments and love shown for this piece it can have even more.
This fanfiction, once again, includes some of your requests:
- write something "out of the Guardian universe" with Yunlan and Shen as the main couple
- Yunlan, the damsel-in-distress, is saved by Shen
- Yunlan as the bad guy
- have one more separated fanfiction about Yunlan and Shen only
- Yunlan showing his weak side as well
- and something hinting to ChuXGuo

P.S.: I am thinking of writing a "reverse" version of this fanfiction as well where Shen Wei's and Yunlan's characters would be switched. Let me know what you think about it after reading this version :)
