Cole gives me a sympathetic look. "I know. I'm sorry. C'mere." He holds his arms out again, and without hesitation I fall right into them. His strong arms wrap around me once again and for once I don't pull away. I bury my face into his chest and allow myself to fall into a dreamless slumber.

When I open my eyes to a pair of bright blue eyes. "Hey there sleeping beauty."
"Hey," my voice sounds hoarse and raspy so I clear my throat several times. This earns me a chuckle from Cole. "You okay?"
"Apart from the fact that Carmen still missing, I guess I'm holding in there. "
He nods sympathetical. "We will find her I promise. If its the last thing I do we will find her."
And hopefully he will keep that promise...
