Faith POV
"Faith what's wrong?" I asked catching up to her at her car and tried to catch my breath from running through the parking lot.
"Tim asked if I still loves him and I panicked"
"So you decided just to run out?"
"I didn't know what to do! I didn't know how he'd react if I told the truth so I ran" I said leaning up against my car.
"What if that was your chance to find out what could have been?!" I just shrugged as she said that
"Maybe it's for the best this way, that way I don't have the fear of being let down by him again."
"Ok, I just don't want you to regret anything" she said with a small smile and squeezed my hand.
"I know and I wont, I promise." I said reassuring her.
"Ok well I'll talk to you later. Call me if you need anything"
"I will" I said giving her a hug before getting in my car. On my way home I realized a deadline for a song was coming up and I hadn't even starts it yet. Well at least that will keep my mind off of Tim for a while. When I got home I poured myself a glass of wine, grabbed my notebook and sat down at the piano, determined to write a song around a lyric I had floating around in my head. After a few hours I finally had a song done. I quickly made a voice recording and sent it over to who needed it and prayed they liked it.
