Chapter Four

A/N: helloooooo again! Sorry I have made an update recently. I'm trying to update like once a day but I'm starting drivers training soon so I probably won't be able to )but I'll try to as much as I can. Keep voting!

~ Previous Chapter ~

"Oh, Ash, is that your girl!?" Skyler asks.

"Oh, no she's just a friend." He answers.

"Shame, you guys look really cute together!" Grace says and laughs with Skyler.

Ashton looks at me and just smiles. I couldn't ever see us together but who knows where my life is going to go, it's an endless roller coaster.

~ Present ~

The night was just starting, and I was already exhausted. Skyler made me play JUST DANCE 4 with her so she didn't look like an idiot, I think I only made it worse.

"Whoo, work it!" Luke shouts from behind us. The boys had been drinking since Grace and Skyler had gotten here.

"Why don't you have something to drink, you seem really tense." Skyler yells over the game. She kept dancing to the song.

"No I'm good, thanks though." I say and attempt to dance with her.

"Just one? Don't be a party pooper." She pouts.

I don't fit in here. They are so happy and have nothing to worry about. Then there's me. I have so many things to worry about I could write a book. So why would they want me to hangout with them?

"Fine. Just one." I smile. Grace hands me a Mikes Hard Lemonade. I sit down next to ash and take a sip. I have to admit it tasted good as it went down my throat.

"Hey! Ash, do a dance with shay!" Luke screams. I couldn't help but blush and take another drink.

"No, no. I don't dance." He chuckles and chugs his beer.

"Fine, I'll dance with Sky. I'll show you, get ready for it, Ash." Luke says as he started a new song.

They picked Call Me Maybe. As the song started they danced horribly, then as the song progressed they got better.

All of us watched in awe at there horrible dancing skills, Luke was surprisingly winning. Which I thought was ironic.

"Excuse me ma'am" Aston stands in front of me, like he did when he met me at the park. "Can I have the honor of the next dance?" He says. His big green eyes looking into mine. He looked really cute. And I couldn't say no. He was so cheeses sometimes it was unbearable.

"You may." I say. I set my drink down on the floor and waited for Luke and Sky to Finnish.

As the song ended, Luke looked deeply into Sky's eyes and kissed her.

"Whoo! Get some!" Michael shouted at them. Everyone just laughed.

Tonight was the best night I've ever had in a long time, it's like I have nothing to worry about. No bills stressing me out, I was happy for once.

"Now I'll show you how to dance with a girl." Ashton challenges. And picks a song called "You're My First, My Last, My Everything". I think I could tell where this was going to go, but I didn't care. I just wanted to have fun.

The song started and it was just slow, Ashton was smiling cheekily as we danced. It was weird how one moment it feels like my life is so torn apart then the next I'm smiling and laughing with my friend. Basically the only one I had.

I hated how the song reminded me of Cam.
