~Zach's POV~

"Excus-....w-w-hat are you doing here?!?" I question as she stomps in through my living room very determined.

"SHE'S MANIPULATING YOU RIGHT NOW ZACHARY," Jade screams furious.

"What are you talking about?" I ask confused.

"Are you that stupid like Daniel...god...LAUREN," she yells throwing her hands up again.

"How is Lauren of all people manipulating me?" I ask dumbfounded.

"Fine...then text her," she sasses impatiently.

I roll my eyes ready to prove this bitch wrong.

Love😍: Hey bby I'll explain why I'm specifically texting you later but hi...❤️
Wifey💍: Sry bro she's in the bathroom cleaning up some shit that we made a mess of while doing stuff

I throw my phone angrily and hear a crack.

"Zach," Jade whispers, "what happened?"

"Jade..." I cry, "you were right...you were goddamn right like always. I'm so sorry!"

"It's ok I forgive you," she smiles embracing me, "I'll always forgive you baby."

I just hug her tighter and we fall on the couch still in each other's arms.

~Lauren's POV~

Where the HELL am I? It's dark until I fully open my eyes and see that I'm laying down in what feels like a trunk!

I feel my pockets for my phone. God dang it!

I left it at home or whoever is doing this to me took it.

After the shock passes I feel my stomach start to churn. Who kidnapped me and how do I not remember any part of it at all.

A sudden stop comes to the car jerking me back and forth in the trunk making me slam my head. I couldn't take it because of all the anxiety I had. I threw up all over myself.

I was disgusted.

Suddenly a bright light came into focus and I realized someone opened the trunk.

'This is your chance Lauren go!' I thought but I was frozen. I didn't know where to go. I was weak and they would catch up to me and cause me more pain for trying to get away.

I felt water splash onto my body. It felt nice after just yacking on myself.

I saw a metal stick. Then I felt a shock and I was out again.

~Zach's POV~

Jade is downstairs making us food and I'm stressing away. How could Lauren do this to me. At all?!? I needed to know why.

And that's when it came to me. What's always your outlet Zach? Music.

I pull out my guitar that I hadn't used in forever and strummed a few strings and heard how great they sounded together.

I hum a little bit just thinking. Then I start to sing.

"Wow," I hear from the doorway.

There stands Jade with two plates of eggs. I chuckle as she walks in the room and I put down my guitar replacing it with the eggs in my lap.

"You have a voice Zach." she nods, "Maybe change the words to something not about Lauren but other than that I mean...wow. I SHOULD SET YOU UP WITH ATLANTIC RECORDS!"

"Nah...I don't...I don't know," I stutter blushing.

I see her pull out her phone for less than a minute and she shouts, "Done!"

"What?" I ask.

"I kind of taped you from your doorway earlier and I just sent it to my uncle so now we wait!" she says.

"Oh Jade," I laugh.

"Yeah," she leans closer to me and I back away.

"Zach come on," she says getting even closer if that was possible, "Lauren moved on and so you need to as well."

"But I moved on from you once to Jade," I mutter.

"Let's pretend I never heard that ok?" she questions putting her lips on mine.

I pull back immediately, "I can't Jade...I haven't even talked to Lauren about this yet. She isn't that kind of person."

"Of course you bastard," Jade shouts and I shush her because Reese and my dad are here.

"J-" I start.

"No," she refuses. "I guess that text will just have to be unsent!"

When she goes to check her phone she looks disappointed and upset.

That's when I get an Instagram dm.

AtlanticRecords: Hello Zachary. This is Jade's uncle. She just texted me and sent me a video of you singing. I do not know if she informed you of this or not. I thought you were phenomenal. My name is David and I'm a manager here. I would love if you could come and see me. We could talk things out and see what others think about you...maybe even get you a deal!
imzachherron: That would be a dream sir but I don't think I have that kind of money.
AtlanticRecords: Well that is alright...when you pool together some make sure to give me a call or shoot me a text immediately. If there is anyone else you would like to include in your trip let me know as well.

"OMG!" Jade and I yell in unison.
Except I yelled out of happiness and Jade out of pure frustration.

"Guess good and bad can join forces," I smirk.

Jade storms out and slams my door.
