"Your" vs "You're"

This rule is forgotten A LOT and I thought that at least one of you reading this might have trouble with this.

If you are talking about someone else's possession, always use your.

If it can be replaced with 'you are' then always use you're.

Examples of your:

Is this your shirt?

Would you like to hang out at your house today?

Examples of you're:

You're okay right?

Do you even notice how dense you're being?
