Chapter 9 - Date night

Sunday came by faster than I thought, I was quite nervous. I hadn't been on a date in a while. It was 7 o'clock I had an hour to get ready, David told me to wear something not too fancy so I got black skinny jeans, a white button up shirt and a black blazer out of my closet then placed them neatly on my bed I then went into my bathroom and got a towel out of my cupboard and placed it onto a hanger. I took a quick shower then did my hair and got changed it was soon 8 o'clock and David was arriving anytime soon. I made myself a glass of ice water and sat down on my sofa waiting for him to arrive. After a couple of minutes there was a knock on my door and David stood there with some flowers in his hands,

"Hey babe! These are for you!" He exclaimed giving me the bouquet of flowers.

"Thank you!" I giggled, yes giggled. He took my hand and entwined our fingers as we walked towards his car.

We arrived at a restaurant that looked really expensive. David took my hand and led me towards the entrance. When we arrived at reception David announced our names and we got led towards a really posh looking booth. We got given our menus. I was reading through the foods and found something I liked, Spaghetti and meatballs I looked at the price and my eyes widened.

"David I can't afford this! Why did you take me here?" I gasped. He started to chuckle and I narrowed my eyes at him in confusion.

"You're not paying silly, I am." He laughed. I frantically shook my head,

"No absolutely not! This is really expensive I cannot let you pay." I argued.

"I took you on this date, I'm paying." David reassured.

"Then I won't have anything." I pouted as the waiter came over before David could answer,

"Have you boys chosen what you would like to order?" The waiter asked giving us both a fake smile, I didn't reply but David did,

"Yes I will have the Salmon en cruise and my boyfriend here will have spaghetti and meatballs." He replied looking at me smiling smugly, I glared at him in return but didn't say anything.

"Okay that will be £34!" The waiter said holding out her a hand as David gave her the money. She walked off into the Kitchen and David and I sat there in silence waiting for our food.

After we finished our dinner David took me to his place where we watched the notebook and a couple of over films. It turned 8 o'clock when our 3rd film finished.

"Do you want to stay the night?" David asked brushing his hand threw my hair.

"Thanks babe but I don't have any clothes or any of my stuff here." I replied giving him a small smile.

"Ok. I'll drive you back." He smiled. I gave him a quick peck on the lips and reached for my phone but he pulled me closer and deepened the kiss and let's just say I ended up staying the night.

A/N: I didn't write the smut for David and Nick I might in future chapters but I'll save most of it for Adi and Nick.
