Chapter 16 - Drunk goggle challenge - Part one

"Why are you doing this Nick?" Adi glared at me,

"Doing what?" I asked acting like I had no idea what he's on about but this made Adi's eyes turn a darker shade of brown.

"Oh so you're talking to me now?" He said. I rolled my eyes and started to walk to my car but he grabbed the collar of my shirt and pushed me up a random car, "Wow bro, I thought we were friends but I guess not. We're over alright, our friendship is over. I can't believe I ever liked you." He mumbled the last part while letting go of me and walking off. I frowned but got in my car and drove home.

When I got home I saw that I had a couple of messages;

Hey love, your father and I will be home on Sunday xx

I answered with a simple okay, see you then x.

I then checked my other messages,

We're filming a video for Freetime today you coming?

Okay, on my way, when did you get the goggles?

Adi bought them a couple weeks ago

I frowned at the mention of Adi's name but sent Tal an okay and got in my car and drove to David's house.

When I arrived at David's house I saw Hunter and David talking and sitting real close to each other. I felt jealous. When David saw me though his smile grew and he rushed towards me and kissed my cheek then led me towards the others. I frowned when seeing Cenna holding the camera that meant Adi was doing this challenge. I looked around seeing everyone was here. Tal walked over holding a pair of goggles and started his intro.

"This is the drunk goggles..." He got cut off with Cenna throwing a small ball at him which caused us to laugh and Anthony mumbled a 'and this is freetime.'

"We are going to be doing different challenges with these goggles on, we got special guest Hunter Rowland," Tal finished and we all cheered but I frowned seeing how close him and David were.

"First things what?" Tal asked looking at all of us.

"The cup challenge!" Adi said going behind the camera to get the cups,

"Oh we have to stack some cups." Anthony added. Adi came back and placed the cups in front of Tal. Tal put the goggles on and looked down at the table, David got his phone out and put a timer on and we started counting,

"3...2...1" We all chanted and Tal started stacking the cups.

"We got to stack it up and back down." Anthony told Tal as he placed the first row of cups however one of the cups had another on top of it. When he put the 2nd cup on the 2nd row they fell down which Tal swore at then he put them back on and it fell down again, he finally did it and David read out his time,

"1 minute 7 seconds." It was Anthony's turn next but before we started Adi told us and the camera what the consequences are if we lose all together,

"If you lose you have to spin around on that bat with these goggles on then run in a straight line with us hitting you with cushions." He explained pointing to a bat, we all counted down again and he started,

"1 42," David announced as Anthony put the last cup down. Next up it was Jojo, he was going quite well which Adi announced

"It's because he's used to being drunk!" This caused us all to laugh. Anthony's phone went off but no one took notice, we were all in shock of how quick Jojo was doing this challenge, "30 seconds!" We all said in shock as Jojo laughed and Cenna smiled fondly from behind the camera. Jojo kept saying it's easy and Hunter stepped up to the front putting the goggles on, David reassuringly told Hunter to slow down and don't mess up which cause my fist to clench but I made sure the camera couldn't see them. As Hunter's kept falling down David would always be the first to grab the cups and help which made me really jealous, also when Hunter stacked to on top of each other he help get it off.

"1 33," David and Adi both announced. I was next and David whispered a quick good luck which I heard but luckily no-one else did. Everyone was surprised at how well I was doing which caused me to smile but I wasn't being cocky. I quickly stacked them down and slammed the goggles onto the table and smiled as I heard Adi cheering,

"38 seconds." David said smiling proudly while Jojo kept repeating that his was still the best which caused me to roll my eyes. David was next, he was fast too,

"34 seconds." Jojo said. I noticed Hunter smiling which caused me to mentally roll my eyes. It was now Adi's turn, he wasn't as good as me, Jojo and David but he did get 58 seconds. He screamed a yeah and I patted his back. Finally it was Michael's turn,

"David how do you live like this?" Michael exclaimed which caused us to laugh but I wanted to slap him for saying that about my David. Michael went over Anthony's time which meant he lost;

1st Jojo 30 seconds

2nd David 34 seconds

3rd Me 38 seconds

4th Adi 58 seconds

5th Tal 1 minute 7 seconds

6th Hunter 1 33

7th Anthony 1 44

8th Michael getting over 1 44.
