I spent the weekend at home catching up with my mum and dad since they wanted to know when I first thought I was gay. When Monday came around I was quite nervous. I didn't know what Adi and I were. After continuously telling my mum I was okay with going to school she finally let me leave.
I parked my car and made my way to my locker, I heard footsteps coming from behind but I chose to ignore them. Before I had the chance to open my locker I was spun around and shoved into it.
"I've always wanted to do this to you ever since I found out about what you did to David." Hunter snarled at me. He rose his fist and was about to hit me,
"I loved David, not the same way he wanted me to but I really did care about him. Oh and by the way you're crush on David is far too obvious babe." I growled back. He raised his fist again and I saw David arrive and smiled,
"Do it." I whispered knowing that David hated violence. I felt his fist hit my face. I chuckled lightly,
"That all you got?" As he was about to attack there was a loud yell,
"Make another hit and I will knock you out cold." Adi shouted angrily while ripping Hunter off of me and his face when he saw David was priceless. David shook his head and Hunter rushed after him.
"Babe are you alright? I swear to god if he hurt you baby I will kill him?" Adi asked my face in his hands.
"I'm fine! It was just a little knock. Babe huh?" I asked chuckling. He blushed lightly,
"This isn't funny. We're going to get you cleaned up, your eye looks sore and I just thought that..." I cut him off by pecking his lips,
"Babe is fine!" He blushed some more but still took my hand and dragged me towards the toilets.
As Adi put the wet tissue on my eye I flinched,
"I'm sorry!" Adi said.
"It's not your fault." I reassured. He nodded and kissed my lips. The bell went off soon after and we walked to class hand in hand but then I remembered something,
"Adi?" I asked stopping.
"What happened to Kelly?"
"I broke up with her last Wednesday!" He said like it was no big deal. I nodded and we continued our walk.
After lesson the teacher called me and Adi back.
"I'm so sorry for giving you a detention on Friday. You're mother called the school explaining about your health. For you Adi can you please explain why you were late?"
"I was looking after Nick miss." Adi answered looking at me questionably.
"Okay you both may go."
Soon it was lunch. I waited at my usual table not sure if Adi was going to sit with me. Adi came in and rushed over to me
"What did miss mean by your health?" He asked. Before I could answer Jojo and Cenna came over. Cenna hesitantly sat next to me and Jojo happily sat down.
"So?" Adi demanded.
"I wasn't eating properly that's it now lay off!" I yelled but seeing Adi flinch made my expression soften.
"Sorry I didn't mean to yell."
"It's alright babe." He reassured.
"Wait are you two dating?" Jojo asked making me jump slightly as I forgot he was here. I looked at Adi,
"What are we?"
