Jojo and I were by our lockers talking about random stuff when Adi walked over to us holding some girls hand, that girl was no other then Kelly Smith. She was a girl that was in most of my classes.
"Hey guys this is Kelly, my girlfriend!" Adi smiled widely. I frowned at the mention of girlfriend but soon turned it into a fake smile and I noticed Jojo did the same.
"It's nice to meet you Kelly, Adi talks about you a lot." I fake chuckled.
"Nice too meet you too, Nick and Jojo right? He talks about you a lot too, Nick." She smiled and shook mine and Jojo's hands. I looked at her in shock,
"He does?" She nodded and the bell went signaling it was time for us to go to our first period Maths which we all had together.
At lunch it was only Adi and I sat at the our table, David wasn't at school that day because he was ill, Cenna and Jojo were in the toilets making out and Kelly was with her friends. "So you talk about me to Kelly aye?" I asked jokingly. His face flushed light pink and he awkwardly coughed,
"I was upset after our fight and she wanted to know why so I told her about you and the fight that was it." He said not making eye contact, it was obvious he was lying; his voice always goes an octave higher. I nodded and changed the subject,
"So do you want to come round to my place tonight, my parents are still on their business trip?" I volunteered.
"Yeah sure! What time?" He asked smiling at me.
"'I'll pick you up at around 7 after I've been to David's house." I said smiling back at him. He just frowned slightly but nodded and put his tray on the shelf as the bell went, we walked to science in silence then sat at the back of the classroom messing around and having fun and soon it was the end of the day.
