"He roared his terrible roar and gnashed his terrible teeth," Daddy said, reading me my favorite book, Where the Wild Things Are.

It's been two weeks since we got here, and we've been able to stay completely isolated so we can be ourselves.

There was a knock on the door causing Daddy to set the book down. He sat me on the floor, handing me some stuffies to play with so he could go answer the door.

"Vivvy, baby, there's someone here to see you," Daddy said, walking back into the playroom after a few minutes.

"Should I be big?" I asked quietly, not wanting whoever it was to hear me. Luckily, I was dressed in one of Daddy's jumpers and a pair of cute leggings, so even if I had to be big, I didn't have to change my clothes.

"No," he said. "I think they want to see little you."

"Who is it?" I asked as he picked me, setting me on his hip.

"Just your favorite person," Daddy said, kissing my cheek. He walked into the living room to reveal Emmett.

"Emmy," I said happily.

"Hey, kiddo," he said, taking me from Daddy so I could hug him tightly.

"I just wanted to check on you," he said.

"I get to play and watch movies and snuggle Daddy as much as I want," I said happily.

"Sounds fun," Emmett said.

"All my stuffies are here, and I have snuggly blankets. Sometimes Daddy reads to me or tells me stories so I don't spend too much time watching movies," I said.

"Sounds much nicer down here than up at the main house," Emmett said.

"Stay with us," I suggested.

"I can only stay for a few hours," Emmett said.

"Why?" I asked.

"Then I have to go back to Rosie," he said. I nodded, snuggling closer to his chest.

"Hey kiddo, can I have a minute alone with Daddy?" Emmett asked after a minute.

I looked at Daddy for an answer.

"Why don't you go play with your stuffies in the playroom?" Daddy said causing Emmett to put me down and me to bounce back to the playroom.

I played with my Stitch stuffie as I tried not to stress over whatever was going on between Daddy and Emmy.

"Vivian, babe, come here," Daddy said from the living room.

"Why?" I asked.

"Because I said so cutie," he said. I rolled my eyes but stood up and walked out to Daddy and Emmy.

"Are you big?" Daddy asked.

"Daddy, I'm only 5," I said sassily.

"Can you be big please?" He asked.

"I guess so," I said, allowing myself to finally feel all my worry and fall out of little space.

"What's going on?" I asked, walking over and wrapping my arms around Daddy.

"Well, we need to hunt," Daddy said.

"Yeah, probably," I said, noticing the blackness of his eyes.

"Not that you really care, but Edward is safe," he said.

"I do care," I said.

"He's gonna be fine. He just needs some time to get over it," Emmett said. I nodded in agreement.

"He needs to grow up and realise that he needs Bella in his life," Daddy said.

"We both know that, and we both know how stubborn he is," Emmett said.

"Yes, we do," Daddy said.

"Why don't we just hang out for a few hours before I head back and you two can go hunting?" Emmett suggested, to which Daddy and I agreed quickly. We all took seats on the couch and began talking about anything and everything that's been going on in the past few weeks. Emmett and Daddy even talked about some stuff going on in the human world that I wasn't paying much attention to. I was just happy to have a piece of my huge family together again.
