Annabeths pov 

Next day I see percy or more stare at him, he has another bruise on his left jaw, I decided to ask him when I see him. After 3r period i go to my locker "Hey Annabeth!" I turn around and see Percy "Oh hey!" the bruise looks like it tried to get covered by concealer, "So I was wondering if you and Piper, wanted to sit with me, jason, nico, Reyna, Leo, Frank, and Hazel, at lunch today" I nod "Ill have to ask her, but where did that bruise come from? And did you try to use concealer on it?" He looks down and itches the back of his head "I dont want to talk about it but yea I tried to use concealer" I laugh and grab my bag "Ill help you" he raises an eyebrow "Do I even have the same skintone as you?" I raise an eyebrow "I think so, im just suprised you knew that the skin tone needed to match"

We are currently in the boys bathroom because percy didnt need every girl ever crowded around him, especially since i mentioned that no guy ever would notice me, he denied that but still agreed that the boys bathroom would work. I put the concealer on my beauty blender then I rub it on his bruise "That hurts... and its cold" I sigh "Would you rather every person at Goode High know you have a bruise?" he sighs "No" I nod "Good cuz im also gonna cover the other one" he groans as I switch sides and start to cover the other one. "That one hurts even worse" I roll my eyes "Your such a baby" I finish applying it and look at his face "No visible bruises" he looks in the mirror, "Thanks" I shrug "Thank who ever made concealer" "i guess your right" I laugh and head out of the bathroom just as the bell rings for fourth hour "Cya at luch" he waves and heads off "Yep"

Percys pov

I head off to fourth period math and for the most part zone out. I couldnt think my thoughts were only of annabeth no matter what it was about. When lunch bell rings I feel excited annabeth is sitting with me. Jason notices "What are you so happy about?" "I asked annabeth to sit with me and she said yes, and I asked for Piper to come" He playfully punches my shoulder but it hurts like hell since I have a bruise there but I pretend it doest "Dude you are the best" L laugh "I know" i sit down at the usual table with everybody and try to keep a look out for annabeth Leo laughs "Did percy invite Annabeth?" Jason nods as I finally see her walking with Piper I feel myself grin and percy moves 2 seats down Annabeth sits next to me and Piper sits next to her and Jason "Hey Annabeth!" "Hello" its quiet and shy like the first day I saw her and I find it adorable "Everyone this is annabeth and piper" I point to both of them "Then Annabeth and Piper this is Reyna,Hazel,Frank,Leo,Jason,Nico" I point to each of them and they all say hello. Leo smiles "So this is the Annabeth Percy keeps talk-" I glare at leo and he shuts up laughing. I see annabeth blush but pretend not to notice. Reyna has a suspisious glare on annabeth "So annabeth what do you like to do" I sigh shes like my dad "I play volleyball, and read, and dance" Reyna smiles "Lets go to the beach we can all play volleyball there and I can see how good annabeth is" I shrug "Doesnt seem like a bad idea" everyone agrees and we decide to go after school. Plus that means I can swim.

After awhile of talking I hear a pair of heels clicking towards me before I know it is, I groan and Reyna looks at Drew and glares I turn around "What Drew" she gives me a smile "Hi Percy, I just wanted to know if you wanted to hang out tonight?" I shake my head "Sorry Busy" she scoffs "With what?" I sigh "Homework" she smiles "We can do that together" I glare at her "Everyone here knows you dont do or want to do homework" she scoffs "Yea but I need to get my grades up and your a smart person so help me" Reyna stands up and leans over the table "You mean hes hot and probably good in bed?" Me leo and jason burst out laughing and Drew stomps off, I turn back around and high five reyna "Nice one" she just shrugs "I was getting sick of her and your to kind to be to mean to her" 'Im starting to think its the only way to get away from her" Leo speaks up "Dude yea, and her head is so filled with hairspray she probably thinks you like her" Reyna raises her arms "She thinks every guy likes her" I shake my head "Defenitly not this guy" we all laugh as the bell rings and we head our seperate ways. When the end of the day hits I sit in my car and sigh "I hope tonight isnt that bad"
