Annabeths pov

I've been in my room crying for hours while Piper comforts me, I didn't want this, I didn't want his kid. My door is locked and since everyone has been home I've let no one inside. I hear a faint knock "Annabeth its Sally need to talk?" Piper looks at me and I nod she lets Sally in and she comes over hugging me "What happened, honey?? She brushes out my hair wiping my tears "Did you have a miscarriage?" I shake my head "Then what is it?" I breathe "It's not Percy's" she looks surprised "Whos is it?" "My ex Luke" she waits for me to continue "When I thought Percy cheated on me I used him to help me cope and I woke up some mornings having no idea what was going on, and I had the father checked to see who it is, and its not Percy's" I hug her tighter and cry into her shoulder "Shhh its alright honey" "I didn't want this!! I wanted it to be his!" she rubs my back in small circles "I understand, does that mean you want an abortion" I shake my head, she nods "Okay then why dont you call him or something tell him, or go over to his place, or maybe at least tell Percy it isnt his" "Hes was so happy when I told him it was his and I- I dont want to lose him because of it" she smiles "If I know Percy I know he's gonna work it out" I nod and look at Piper "Can you?" she nods and goes to get Percy he comes back and hugs me while Sally and Piper leave and give us peace "Whats wrong Wise Girl" "Please dont hate me for this but, when I was with Luke there were several days I woke up and had no Idea from the night before and-" he waits for me to continue "I had the hospital-" my voice breaks, "see who the father was, and- and it wasnt yours" I break down crying again and he looks hurt really hurt but he hugs me "Its okay Wise Girl, I promise I dont hate you things happen" I nod still crying "Im so so so Sorry Percy! I wanted it to be yours and-" my voice breaks again "And not his" he nods "I understand I promise I do, but now you have to tell your dad, he's downstairs confused and he's gonna be really worried if you dont tell him why your crying" I nod wiping my eyes. I go downstairs Percy close behind me, my dad rushes to me "What happened??" I start from the beginning all the way to why I'm crying and dont let him speak till I'm done, he looks upset but also furious "Annabeth Chase, you are 17 years old" I nod "I know" "And you are going to bring this boy here and let me meet him and tell him" I nod and go upstairs grabbing my phone, I quickly dial his number and he picks up "ANNIE!! Thank god you're talking me again!!" "Trust me I dont want to but you have to come over now" "Is something wrong?" "No- well kinda just hurry up" "I'll be there soon" I hang up and go downstairs and sit on the couch till the door rings, I open it and Luke is standing outside, I let him in and he immediately stops dead when he sees my infuriated father. I close the door behind him, my dad looks at me "Tell him Annabeth" I look at him and he looks at me confused I mumble "I'm pregnant with your kid" he looks like he saw a ghost, and he turns to a slightly pissed off Percy and an infuriated father "Now listen, young man, if you think you can just impregnate then leave my daughter you are wrong!!" My father is in his face now, "Trust me when I say you are going to help her raise it, feed it, pay for it, educate it, and grow up, do you understand?!" "Y-Yes Sir" he nods and I take Luke to my room, as soon as I close the door I turn around to have Luke staring at me "You're pregnant?!" I nod "And its mine!?" I nod "How do you know it's not Percy's?!?!" "I thought it was Percy's and I went to my appointment today had them run a test to make sure and it turns out to be yours!" "And you had to have me over here you couldn't have told me without your dad!?" "I had to tell my dad, and I was gonna tell you before me dad but then it happened and he wanted you over here!!!" Luke looks pissed but he sighs "Look why dont you just get an abortion" "I'm not killing my child!!!" "We are 17 Annie and we have no idea how to raise children why would you want to keep it!!! Especially since your oh so disappointed that its mine!!!" "Because it's my kid!!! I dont care if it's yours or Percy's!! It is gonna live in this world whether you like it or not!!!" "I'm sorry it's my choice too and I think it might be easier on both of us!!" "I dont care it lives!!" "Annabeth be reasonable we are teenagers, especially with your depression!! Do you know how many people at school are going to make fun of you for being pregnant at this age!!!" "I dont care, Luke!! I honestly dont!!" He sighs "Whatever I'm leaving" he leaves slamming the door behind him I lay down on my bed and sigh, maybe some miracle will happen and it will end up being Percy's. I sit up as Piper comes in closing the door behind her "You are aware everyone heard that?" I nod "Yep" she sits on the bed next to me "You okay that it is Luke's yet?" "Nope" she nods "Okay"
