Swim meet

Percy's pov
At the end of the next school day I head to swim practice with annabeth she heads to the bleachers to do her homework and I get ready for swim, I go into the locker room and change into my swim trunks and I put my swim hoodie by my stuff and head out, my friend Jacob pats my back "So you've barely been around lately Captain where you've been?" "Just in and out of drama" Alex comes over too and Jacob looks over at him before me "Coach has been af the brink of taking you off captains spot" "Yea I know I've been cutting it close a lot lately" "Just do not miss any of the last three practices and don't miss the tournament by the ocean" "Aren't we staying in some camp by the ocean for the weekend there?" "Yep" we all get distracted by the coach with his whistle. He tells us what to do before getting us started on some warmups

After practice I throw my hoodie on and sit down drinking water from my water bottle Haxob comes over laughing "Damn he hates you today" I nod "If I wanna survive these next couple practices I better be here and work" he laughs "Yep" "Anyways cya" "Cya"
I head over to annabeth who looks up at her work "ready to go?" "Yea" "How much did you get done" "Majority if it..." "Even though you were staring at me for a good chunk of the whole time?" She goes red "I didn't think you noticed" I hug her and kiss her forehead "It's fine I don't mind I was trying to tease you, plus I can help you" she laughs "You help me?" I give her a look and she still laughs as she packs "I'm gonna take it today was okay then?" "Yea today went well" we head out to the car "Are you hungry?" She buckle in "Umm yea a snack sounds yummy" "What do you want?" "Umm.." "Just snack off of what I get?" She nods as I grab her hand and kiss the back then see her blush "Alright Wise Girl" after a couple of minutes of quiet I decide to ask her about the tournament "Soo in a couple of weeks the swim tournament is gonna be held in a camp on the coast, and I was wondering if you could go?" "Yea sure if it doesn't mess up any schedules or anything" I nod "It shouldn't so you should be okay" she nods "And I'll make sure not to make anything that weekend in that case"

Later that night me and Annabeth just cuddle on the couch watching some Disney movies "Tomorrow's Friday right" I nod "Right" she nods "Okay" I look over and groan as I see it's only 4 days go by too slow. Annabeth turns away from the Tv and curls up around my arm that I wrapped up around her.. Alright then. I adjust her and myself then end up falling asleep with her
