Annabeths pov

I wake up to someone knocking on the door, I dont see any sun, I look at the time, 5 am? "Who is it?" Luke comes in and stays by the door, he probably doesn't remember what he did but he knows he got drunk, and I'm in the hospital, so he's got a pretty good Idea of what happened. "Luke, Get. Out" "Annabeth please I'm sorry" "Sorry doesn't do anything! You almost killed my child!!" he looks super guilty "Annabeth please, I'm sorry, I dont know-" "You're using the old excuse of I dont know what got into me? Seriously?" "Annabeth-" "Out" "Let me-" "Get out!" I hear a faint beeping sound, around a minute later a nurse walks in "Sir you are stressing her please leave" "But-" "Unless you can keep her calm with your discussion, leave" he nods and she looks at me and I shake my head "Annabeth-" she escorts him out and comes back in, she gives me a sleeping pill "So you can go back to sleep hon" I nod as I immediately fall back to sleep

-Flashback-

Me and Luke go over to my house, it's kinda late, we were both at his friend's house so we were drinking a bit. I fall asleep reading while Luke watches TV downstairs.

I wake up to someone picking me up from my neck. I open my eyes seeing Luke right before he throws me into the wall "WHY CAN'T YOU BE LIKE YOU USED TO?!" I can tell he's drunk "Luke please calm down" he shakes his head and it looks like he's crying "YOU DONT UNDERSTAND!" I feel panic rise in my chest "Luke.. calm down" he picks me up again causing me to gasp for air "CHANGE GO BACK TO WHO YOU USED TO BE" I gasp for air and try to choke out words "I - will - just - please" he drops me and I cough gasping for air. "I'm going to bed" I nod "Okay, I'm gonna go to the bathroom and I'll join you" I go inside the bathroom in tears, locking the door and sliding down it.

I wake up in a cold shock with a couple of nurses in the room and a nurse keeping Percy outside, they see me awake and sigh in relief... is it that big of a deal if my heart rate goes up? The other nurse checks a few things and leaves. Percy comes in "What happened? There was beeping and they pushed me out of the room" "It alarms them when my heart rate goes up" "Oh, Night Terror?" "Yea" he nods "Well, either way, you get out today so yay!" I laugh "Yea" "So what do you wanna do when we get out?" I sigh "I dont know? Harry Potter Marathon?" "No you've been cooped up in here for like 2 days lets go do something?" "Definitely eat real food, and uhh idk" he sighs "What are you allowed to do? Wait nvm not allowed to do?" "I can't eat sushi, drink, smoke, no hot tubs, and pools I think, nothing that can get me injured or increase my heart rate" he nods "Umm.. we can go to the zoo" I get excited "Yes!! I wanna see snakes!!" He laughs "Your obsession with snakes is weird" "No it's not!! Snakes are cute!!" "You are aware they are near where spiders are right?" "Near but not next to, and we are not going in that place" he shrugs "Okay so Chilli's then Zoo?" "Chilli's house so I can get dressed, then Zoo" he nods "K"
