Our last show was cancelled because of a stupid hurricane. I decided to go home, knowing that Fallen shouldn't be home. It would be nice to get some rest.

I wish I hadn't started dating Fallen. I obviously have strong feelings for Ronnie, and the somewhat reinactment of our first meeting yesterday showed me that I really care about her. In more than a friends way and I want her for more than just sex. I really like her.

I walked in the apartment I share with my girlfriend to see her jacket on the couch, meaning she was home. Fallen and I have been dating for a little over half a month. Why we thought it was a good idea to move in with each other, I have no idea, but I'm starting to regret it.

"Remington, I'm in the kitchen, we need to talk," I heard her oddly calm voice call out.

I walked into the kitchen to see her sitting at the island, her long, black hair covering her back, her head placed in her hands. "Yeah," I answered, but she kept her head facing away from me.

"I think we need to take a break, see other people," she said and I hummed in agreement. "Good, so pack your shit and get out."

"That's fine with me, Ronnie wouldn't mind helping me escape, she told me herself today," I said and she whipped her head around to look at me.

"The one in your contacts that you were sending very inappropriate texts to," Fallen bursted, suddenly standing up.

"Yes, her, and that was over a month ago, before we started dating," I said, rolling my eyes, pulling out my phone and pulling up Ronnie's contact.

Me: Im ready to put that escape plan into action if you are

"Remington, you're being ridiculous. She's a whore, she doesn't deserve you," she said, scoffing.

"Wow, that's low," I said, glaring at her. "You don't even know her."

Ronnie: haha, funny one

Me: not joking here

"She didn't even know you very well before you two started fucking," she spat, crossing her arms.

"You didn't know me at all when you started kissing me," I shot back.

"I was drunk, you ass," she yelled before marching upstairs.

Ronnie: but the whole thing was a joke

Me: pls Ronnie, I'm not with Fallen anymore and I'm kind of living with her. I don't want to go back to my brothers because they'll laugh at me.

Ronnie: well, we can surprise visit my mom, aunt, and sisters. They won't mind if we stay there for a couple days.

Me: anything works

Ronnie: I feel like a break is what I need anyway. Debrah won't talk to me, I'm being forced to live with my brother, work is slow. Just pack a suitcase for about four days and I'll come pick you up, just give me you address.

Me: thank god *address*

Ronnie: be there in a minute, be ready

I turned my phone off and rushed upstairs. I packed a suitcase full of the stuff I would need for the next couple of days, Fallen's eyes on me the whole time.

"W-where are you going," she asked, stumbling over her words.

"I'm escaping, like I said before," I mumbled loud enough for her to hear.

"You can't be serious. I thought you were joking," she said quickly.

I sarcastically laughed, "funny Fallen, and what, saying you wanted a break was a joke as well?"

She was silent for a moment, giving me time to throw the last item in my suitcase and zip it up. "You're in love with her," she spoke softly.

I imeadiatley stopped what I was doing and looked at the wall. Am I in love with Ronnie? I know I like her... but is it love? I shook it off and stood up, and rolled the suitcase out if the room.

"Wait, Remington! Don't go with her! I need you," she exclaimed, following me to the living room.

"Why," I exclaimed back. "Why do you need me?"

She froze, she was unable to answer the question.

The doorbell rang, removing my attention from Fallen. I opened the door and there stood an impatient Ronnie. "You ready?"
