Anika Pov

As the loud bang- bang sounds of the gunshots echoed in the air, she could see the fear slowly creeping it's way in everyone's heart around her. As she stood with her family ready to face whatever come her way. She had noticed the silent talks b/w Rv & Omisha. And she knew everyone will be safe as long as they were sensible. The sight that greeted her wasn't at all fear generating in her heart in front of her stood Elina & her father with few hired goons she was sure of, pointing their guns at them.

" what brought you here, my dear cousin Elina" she greeted them with a cheery voice fuelling their anger as she watched Taani disappear with the kids from her pheripical vision.

" You bitch, how dare you marry my Shivaye, Shivaye is mine" Elina screamed, she was unaware in what disillusionment she was living but she was ready to shatter it all here, she needed her image back.

" well,when did I deny that sweetheart & do you need a doctor, are you seeing things from which angle did it look that I & Shivaye are getting married, I won't marry him even if he is the last guy on the planet" I saw the shock on Elina's features & pain flashed through Shivaye's features but she didn't care now

" You're lying, you're doing everything for him, I'll kill you" Elina screamed like a mad women.

" kill me than who is stopping you, see here I'm & here are you, let's end this fight forever" Anika spoke confidence oozing of her body as she was not afraid of death.

"Well, that makes me easier to kill you than Anika dear but what about your son, who will look after him after his mother's sudden demise, huh, won't you stay for your poor son, beg me Anika, beg me of your life, maybe then I'll let you go, maybe I'll let you live" her eyes were glinting with insanity

" In your dreams, Elina, Anika doesn't beg anyone & you don't need to be worried about my son's life, their are people who really cares for him" Anika replied confidence burning in her eyes

Elina was lost at words, she wanted Anika to beg for her life in front of her, she wanted Anika to beg, she wanted Anika to feel the pain she has been feeling all her life, she didn't want Anika to die so easily but yet she removed the lock of her gun & pointed it at her waiting to see the fear in her eyes but it never happened, she stood their starring in the eyes of death like greeting an old friend.

" You were better than this Elina, mom raised you better" she heard a voice ring in the air as both of their faces turned instantly to face Rv who was standing there defenceless yet a fire burning in his soul

" and who you may be" Elina asked him haughtily as Anika's eyes begged him to not interfere

" You don't even remember your veer, Elina the brother you sweared you will protect, you destroyed my life, you did everything mom never wanted you to do, you listened to mom's murderer & you are here to murder the child mom wanted to protect" Rv spoke as angry tears leaked down his eyes as Elina looked at him shocked totally taken off guard by the sudden intrusions

" but, mom...dad, you" she mumbled

" will I ever lie to you vi" he asked her his eyes held determination yet hope

" No, you won't means dad"  Elina mumbled finally looking at her father, her eyes shinning with betrayal

" yes, you know the truth now but it doesn't matter I'm finally where I wanted to be, I don't need you any more" laughed the madman

" and what will you do" Anika asked him with raised eyebrows

" what I failed to do years ago"

"Kill me"

"Too Overconfident just like your mother" he spoke as utter loath shone in his eyes but it converted in glee as he ordered the hired men " throw everyone else out, all I want to do is with her"

And so the men began throwing all the members present there out , it took 4 men each to take down Rv, Swayam, Sid, Shivaye  & Omisha enough to throw them out. Everyone was out, the door closed as Anika & the madman stood in the building

" you see that window dear, I'll jump out of it, while you will burn to ashes here, the place where it all began it will end, neither you or your mom can come b/w My happiness now" stated the man happily as he started leaking gasoline in the whole house than he lit up a matchstick threw it in a random direction & got out of the window closing it on his way out trapping Anika inside forever.

She watched as slowly the whole building caught fire & every way of her escape closing in front of her eyes. Huge waves of flame floating everywhere around her as a pillar fell inches away from her as she was trying to break the window, Swayam was there on the same window trying to break it too, he had somehow escaped from the clutches of the goon or they had let him go, as the madman was laughing at his futile attempts to break the window to rescue her, as the others were held tightly preventing them from doing anything to help Swayam. She watched as he smiled in vain at her.

"Don't, pls go away, you will die too" she begged him as silent tears pour down her eyes

" I can't, I promised Ansh, I won't let anything happen to his mother, I can't break my promise now can't I" he replied sounding nonchalant as if he wasn't just willingly sacrificing his life with her

"Swayam, let this story end with me pls, Ansh will need you"she tried to reason with him

"No, he had many people for him & I'm kind of fed up of life, we will rest together what say" he joked soundly with her, she could clearly see the pain shining in his eyes which he tried to hide

" You're an idiot"

"Your idiot"

Anika smiled with melancholy filled eyes, remembering how just a few days ago they did the court marriage as Sid bhai so wanted them too, their marriage went unerrupted but when they were exiting the court the Obros with Sharon spotted them. Shivaye & Sharon bot were looking at them as if they had done some crime, Shivaye's eyes was red so was Sharon as they mumbled how could they???

Rudra looked at her shocked & asked her " How could she???" & she couldn't help but think who is he to question her decision when he never questioned his brother decisions

While an equally shocked Om spoke to her in highly disappointed voice " Shivaye is heartbroken"

"It's not my problem" she replied to him haughtily as she left from there with Swayam & her family hand in hands. And now those hands were separated by a thick sheet of glass, she was this side burning in flames while he was there drowning in his guilt, today they were going to declare their official wedding date but looks like the wedding will never took place. She smiled at Swayam as the whole place blasted around them, fire flying everywhere along with glasses & bricks & many other things.
