Bad Habits (Machine Gun Kelly)

This chapter is a little made up due to the fact that I have no idea what actually happened with the Kenny situation. I'm not going to mention any of the 'allegations' made, probably later on in the story, but not right now. 

Rose's p.o.v

Las Vegas, Nevada

Home Sweet Home. We were here to play IHeart Radio's Music Festival. Probably wasn't a good idea to do a performance since I have a cold and I am struggling to breathe, but couldn't let the fans down.  At this moment we were in the arena to rehearse. Since the girls and I were going on before Brendon we had to rehearse first. As we were rehearsing Nicole walked on stage.

"I'm really sorry to interrupt but, Rose. Brendon says he really needs you. It's important"

"Shit. Ok. Girls you don't mind?"

"Go ahead"

I followed Nicole backstage into Panic!'s dressing room. I walked in and found Brendon on the floor with his head in between his knees.

"I'll leave you two alone"

"Thanks, Nicole"

When she walked out I took in my surroundings. A vase had been broken across the room from Brendon. I kneeled in front of him and saw that he had tears coming down his face.

"Brendon, It's Rose. What's wrong?"

He stayed silent

"Brendon I can't help if you don't tell me what's happened"

"Go ask Kenny, he'll inform you"

"Kenny? Where is he?"

"Outside with the rest of the band"

"You stay here and don't interrupt when I come back in"

I walked back out of the room and spotted Nicole and Kenny.

"Kenny, a word please"

"Sure"

As I entered their dressing room, Brendon had moved and I assumed he was in the bathroom.

"Right, What the hell has happened. Brendon is crying and he told me to ask you. So speak"

"I'm leaving the band"

"Are you crazy? After everything Brendon has done for you!"

"I'm sorry"

"Are you really sorry. Brendon and the others have done everything for you and you just decide you want to leave in the middle of a fucking tour. You do realize how hard it's going to be for Brendon to find someone new"

"I know it's not perfect timing"

"Do you have any idea how heartbroken Brendon is? You're lucky that he's even still letting you perform with them tonight. My brother has had so many people walk away from this band Kenny and he really didn't want that to happen again"

"I know"

"Just go now. I don't really want a fight breaking out"

"Ok. Please know that I'm really sorry Rose"

I sat down on the couch and rubbed my head.

"Rose?"

"Yeah"

"Thanks for having a word"

"You're my brother. Siblings have to stick together and if that's mean being angry with someone you're angry at then so be it. The main task is that you have two weeks before you go to Australia and you need to find someone"
