"Hi, it's Rose. Sorry, I can't take your call right now. Leave a message and maybe I'll get to you"
I locked my phone and threw it across the room. Why did I fuck it up again? We hadn't publicly announced that we broke up yet so people still think we got married. I know Rose would say the whole truth, she always does because she doesn't like lying to people or hiding things from them especially when it comes to the fans.
"Colson!"
"What?"
"Have you seen Rose's Instagram?"
"No, why?"
"Just check it"
I unlocked my phone and checked Rose's Instagram. There, in writing was her announcing that we had broken up. She had put a cute picture of both of our hands intertwined.

RoseElizabeth: my heart is hurting just looking at this picture and it's gonna hurt for by writing this post. Colson and I are no longer together. We broke up due to Colson's action towards our relationship. We've not been together for 2 weeks and we thought it was best to just take some time before announcing our break up, hence why there were no pictures of our wedding. He did not harm me in any physical or sexual way. There were just a lot of things that he broke, his trust and promises to be exact. I am not trying to put this as 'I hate you' post. I am just explaining what happened. I still love Colson deeply. I always will. Nothing will make me stop loving Colson. It's just some couples whether they're famous or not need time apart to really work on what went wrong. I will still be coming on tour for you lovelies around the world, but I just have to take things slow as I am carrying a child. Colson, you made me happy and you broke down my walls in order to love again. I am giving you this time to have for yourself and to work on yourself. You'll always be welcome in my home and my heart but not straight away. I know you didn't mean to cheat on me, but things happen that need to be taken care of and for that this is our time apart to overcome the mistakes we both have made during the relationship. To all of our fans that cherished us together and hoped we wouldn't break up, we thank you for all your support and guidance throughout the past 23 months or more. Maybe, somewhere down the line Colson and I may get back together. We're just taking things one step at a time. I love you all and Colson, I love you.
