Rose's p.o.v

This past week I chose not to speak to Colson. Did he really think it was ok to post an Instagram story of some random girl's breasts? The girls told me that Ashleigh and the guys had a word with Colson about it. I just don't know what to believe anymore. In order to help me, I was meeting my mom and dad today. Other than Brendon and Sarah, my parents were always there to give me advice and support. So now I was just waiting in the Olive Garden for them to arrive.

"Rose, my baby"

"Hi Dad, Hi Mom"

"How are you, sweetie? You sounded upset on the phone"

"I don't know what to do in my relationship with Colson anymore"

"What's happened, do I need to lecture him?"

"I don't know dad. He promises to make things right and then he posts videos of girls dancing all over him and it makes me feel useless. Like I'm not good enough for him"

"Rose, darling. You are beautiful and everyone loves you for who you are. There's no need to use useless"

"I can't help it, mom. He's on tour and gets to see these beautiful girls and I just sit and cry wishing I was with him but I'm busy myself"

"Aren't you two going to that couples retreat next week?"

"Yeah, why?"

"That's a really good way to help get your feelings out and then that way you guys can resolve them with each other face-to-face"

"I know, but sometimes when I open up about my feelings he doesn't listen"

"Hopefully he will on this little getaway"

"Yeah, hopefully"

Our food soon arrived and we moved onto other topics including our album release and upcoming photoshoots.

"Morgan and Andrea's parents are coming to a few of the photoshoots this month and I was wondering if you two would like to come to some of them?"

"Really?"

"Yeah"

"We'll be there. Let us know the dates and times"

"Ok"

The girls and I made it a tradition that every photoshoot we did that referred to an album our parents or other family members would be there because they were our biggest support system. I let the girls know that my parents were down for coming to a few photoshoots. We finished our lunch and said bye to each other as we all walked to our cars. I was in charge of Brendon's car whilst he and Sarah were in Australia for Leg 2 of his tour. I arrived back at Colson's and saw that the girls were in the kitchen.

"How was lunch?"

"It's was good. My parents just told me that the retreat would help unfold my feelings and they're hoping we resolve them"

"I agree"

"I know. I just hope he can keep promises after and not break them"

"We will make sure he does that. Morgan and I were thinking of going shopping today, want to join us?"

"Hell yeah!, hey girls?"

"Yeah"

"Thank you for being my best friends"

"We'll always be by your side even if it's you that makes the mistakes. We will always support you no matter what"

"No, if I make any type of mistakes I expect you two to be mad at me"
