Chapter 10- Continuing With The Master Plan

As Damon and I made our way down through the old Lockwood cellar I could already hear Bonnie's breathing coming from inside the cave. I decided not to waste time so  I used my speed to get down through the cellar and cave to where Bonnie was faster and thank god Damon followed my lead.

When I saw Bonnie her back was turned towards me and she was obviously going through her grimore so I said "Hey Bonnie!"

Bonnie jumped and turned around while scowling "My god Evelyn you could give people a warning."

I smirked and said "Well then it wouldn't be any fun now would it?"

Bonnie rolled her eyes then said "Oh hey Damon, please don't get in our way." 

Damon snorted then said with fake innocence "Me? Get in the way? No!"

I rolled my eyes and then said "Lets just get to work."

After searching through the vampire free zone and the not vampire free zone, Damon and I came up with nothing and Damon was very pissed about it so he was muttering under his breath about how many different ways that he could kill Klaus and anybody else who got in his way. So the right home was very irritating. As soon as we got to the boarding house I practically ran inside but I knew that if I did it would just piss Damon off more so I restrained myself and got out of the car slowly with Damon and made our way to the front door.

As soon as we got into the house Damon huffed "I still don't understand how we didn't find one damn thing!"

I sighed and said "Damon today was our first day going there so you just need to chill and be paitient. I promise that we will find something soon."

Damon nodded at me then said "We should probably tell Stefan and her right."

I rolled my eyes at Damon not saying Elena's name and then said "Yeah I guess so. I think that they would be mad if we didn't."

So then Damon and I went to the living room and saw Stefan and Elena sitting on the couch and talking well Stefan was talking Elena was giving him a flirty smile. 

I rolled my eyes and then said "Oh hey you two we have some news."

Stefan and Elena both looked up at Damon and I who had still said nothing. Stefan cleared his throat and said "Okay whats the news?"

Damon told the news to them then Stefan and Damon left the room but not before Damon could say "Alright you two figure out your problems because we need to get over this so we can make a better plan. And if you don't then well Evelyn don't hurt her too bad."

I chuckled at that causing Stefan to raise an eyebrow at me as to say 'Don't try anything and I know its funny but stop'. 

I sighed and sat on a chair and said "Okay how do you want to deal with our so called problem?" 

Elena sighed then said "Why do you hate me?"

I shrugged and said "I don't hate you I just don't like you very much."

"And why is that?" Elena said confused.

"Because I feel as if you are leading Damon on and I don't want him to get hurt again." I said softly.

"But you like Katherine?" Elena asked.

I sighed and said "Elena I may like her but I don't agree with the fact that she used Stefan and Damon and I feel that's what you're doing with him."

Elena nodded and said gently "I'm not using him he's just my friend and I just care for him a lot."

I nodded now knowing that she wasn't leading Damon on intentionally. Then Elena asked "How do you not hate him if he killed Lexi? I know that you guys were close."
