I accompanied Jeongin to nearly all of his classes because we had the same ones except for fourth period because we had those different classes. But I made my friend promise me that he would be okay.
"Jeongin, please tell me you'll be okay.. no, don't just tell me, promise me that you'll be okay. Because if you don't think you'll be okay, I will go to class with you, I swear," I told him and my friend simply smiled and shook his head, chuckling gently at my tiny outburst.
"I promise that I'll be fine," he said gently, quickly hugging me very tightly before turning away and walking to his own class, his books close to his chest.
I didn't even get to hug back.
It was time to deal with Hwang Hyunjin now, and I wasn't looking forward to it.
I sat in my seat in between all three of the guys, but it looked like Felix and Changbin had requested to move as they sat at the other side of the classroom, way away from Hyunjin.
The black haired boy to my left looked pissed and he didn't even look up when I sat down. I felt like maybe I should move, but I didn't want to be the third person who requested to move, so I just stayed where I was very uncomfortably next to the boy who had me up against a wall in the nurses office a day ago.
We ended up watching a video on human anatomy and when it got to the... awkward part, if you know what I mean, I started to get a little squirrely. Why did I pick this class?
And when I got noticeably squirrely, Hyunjin's smirk grew onto his face and I mentally cursed myself for showing any sign of uncomfort.
Why me and why me now?
"Is the little sunshine boy uncomfortable?~" Hwang leaned toward me, whispering in my ear. A small, crimson blush spread across my cheeks and across my nose and I looked down. Without even seeing it, I knew that stupid smirk of his was on his face and I wanted to kiss-I mean, kick it off...?
"Shut it, Hwang," a kid from the front of the class growled and I was very surprised to see someone standing up to him.
Hyunjin slowly turned to the voice up front and growled lowly, but didn't say anything. It was almost like he didn't dare say anything.
The guy had really sharp eyebrows, and he seemed a little dangerous to be around. I didn't know if he was a friend or a foe. It was hard to tell if I'm being completely serious.
He didn't say anything to me after that, and I was thankful. It's not like I desired to talk to him anyhow, he did threaten me.
Soon, the bell rang and I rushed out, meeting Jeongin and quickly examining him for any new bruises.
"S-Seungmin! I'm fine!!" he swatted me away and I winced, but didn't say anything and just shrugged, beginning to walk with him down the hallway and away from Hwang Hyunjin and that strange savior guy.
