Chapter 16

Lily's pov

"Come on or we'll be late and it's at my house, we can't be late" Ashton said laughing, I chuckled as I quickly applied my lipstick and grabbed my phone, "Ready" I said as we made our way downstairs, "Bye" I shouted as we walked out to Ashton's car.

We pulled up at his house and saw three boys standing outside Ashton's house, "Sorry we're late" Ashton said, "Lily's fault, she's so slow at getting ready" he added, I chuckled as the others stated at us, "What?" I asked, "Are you two...together?" Luke asked, we both nodded as Luke and Calum looked to Michael, "I already knew" Michael mumbled as he pushed past us and walked to the garage.

I pushed the thoughts aside and pushed on with Ashton and I's jealousy plan.

I didn't 100 percent agree with this but it would be a bit of a laugh I guess.

"Show time" Ashton whispered into my ear, causing me to giggle as his rethink tickled my ear, I saw Michael stare at us as I grabbed Ashton's hand.

We went to the sofa in the garage and sat down, I sat on Ashton's lap, his arms going around my waist and resting on my legs, "So anyone got any new ideas for songs?" Ashton asked, "Michael told me he was working on a new song" Luke said, "That's good, when will it be finished?" Ashton asked, resting his chin on my shoulder, Michael shrugged and Ashton sighed, this wasn't working out.

They weren't getting along.

This would ruin their band.

This was because of me.

I pushed the thoughts and and guilt aside and continued playing with Ashton's fingers, out of habit, this wasn't even part of the plan, I was just used to doing it with Michael all the time.

"I'm going to go to the bathroom" I mumbled, standing up and heading to the bathroom, I didn't even need the toilet, I had to think of what I should do.

Michael and Ashton's friendship was falling apart and they clearly weren't getting along.

I pulled out my phone and went on to twitter, recently I'd been getting a bit of beef from the boys' fans, no wonder though, I was dating Ashton after breaking up with Michael.

I can't believe lily is dating Ashton now

Oh wow lily has moved on already

I don't ship lily and Ashton, I still ship Michael and lily

Lily doesn't belong with ashton, she belongs with Michael

I sighed and made my way back to the garage, "Are you alright?" Ashton asked, "Yeah, just got a sore head" I lied, luckily I was a pretty good liar, only Michael was ever able to tell when I was lying, and I guessed he noticed I was lying because he stated at me, I sighed and looked away.

"Have you guys checked twitter recently?" Calum asked, "I did when I was walking downstairs but all I saw was people telling me that I don't belong with Ashton" I mumbled, "Well there's loads of rumours about Ashton and Michael arguing over lily" Calum said, I sighed, this was all my fault.

"We aren't arguing over lily" Michael stated, "You have to show the fans that you're not arguing" Luke said, "How do we do that?" Ashton asked, "Take a picture together" I suggested, "All you ever do is take pictures" Michael stated, I tried not to giggle, that was true, I always took pictures.

"I like to have memories" I said simply, "Just take a damn selfie" Calum said, "Did you just say selfie?" I asked giggling loudly, this caused the others to laugh too, even Michael laughed, "Maybe, stop bullying me lily!" Calum said, I giggled as I pulled out my phone and scrolled through twitter while Ashton and Michael took a picture together, trying to prove to the fans they weren't arguing.

I saw Calum had tagged me in a tweet.

@lilystewart was laughing at me cause I said selfie, what a bully

I giggled as I replied to him

@calum5sos you're the one who said it

I was watching the boys act stupid, as always, but Michael was acting distant from all of them, not just Ashton.

I wonder what's wrong with him.

Scrap that, I don't care what's wrong with him.
