Alexandra 'H.E.R.' Crane
I was in the studio, as usual, I basically live in here ain't nothing wrong with that, I was working on more music as I was just working on my project I really want to put it out but the label has good intentions so I have to listen to them, I really need another single out but I really can't thank of which song to have as a single. I mean the other singles that I have out are still playing on the radio, and still on the billboard charts but I want to give the fans something more but is so hard sometimes to pick the perfect song to be the single cause it can make you, and break you as an artist. I was called into a meeting with Andre I stopped what I was doing to see what this was about.
"I have been thinking if you have another 8 songs that you want to put out then you can," Andre said.
"Really? what changed your mind?" I questioned.
"People just can't get enough of you girl, gotta give the fans what they want right? What really changed my mind is that you got your music ready, Jodeci is taking their time to put music out I need more numbers coming my way." Andre said as I nodded.
"I was thinking I really pushing June," I stated.
"That's a good month, this will be your second mixtape to put out and if you got more songs for the album then we can release it later on this year," Andre said with a smile.
"Really? I am halfway done with my album I just got a few more songs that I want to work on." I said.
"Great, we thinking about pushing the debut album in October," Andre said.
This is all so new to me like I was just now talking about it, and now he randomly changed his mind I hope he isn't joking with me cause I know it's April fools' day I am not trying to get played today.
"Are you pulling my leg?" I questioned as he laughed.
"No I am not pulling your leg, I just changed my mind that is all!" Andre said as he shook his head laughing some more.
After that Andre wanted Rachel to schedule photo shoots for the project and also the album so I can get it out of the way, but I told them no because I still want the same feel of my 1st mixtape that I put out and they just left it alone I know what I want. So I went back to the studio to finish up the rest of my songs for the album.
