"Are you sure you're alright Gin?" Violet said, holding onto Gin's arm as they walked to the private massage rooms at the back of the spa.

"If I have to drink another liter of 'organic glacier water' again, my urethra's going to end up being a fucking fire hose."

Earlier after Gin had fainted inside the sauna from the heat, Gin was recuperating outside of the saunas, rehydrating himself with the all-inclusive organic Alaskan glacier water that came with their couple's spa package. Concerned about his health, Violet suggested to Gin that they should skip the last portion of their spa date and return to the academy where he could rest properly; but Gin was adamant about continuing their date.

"Like I'd get whipped by a bit of heat," Gin murmured as he was laying on a massage bed outside the sauna. By his side, Violet was fanning him, frowning.

"It wasn't a bit of heat. You had a heat stroke."

"Tis' but a scratch."

Violet rolled her eyes at him. "Be serious for once, will you."

Gin peeled the cold towel off his eyes and threw it over the side of the bed. "Let's just get on with our spa day, alright?"

"Are you sure?"

"Well, this was your idea wasn't it?" he quipped.

Violet was miffed at Gin from that point onward, but her concern for him did not lax when they reached their assigned room half an hour later.

When their attendant opened the door and welcomed them in, the two lovers were greeted by one male masseuse and one female masseuse who were each other's polar opposites in stature and size; the man, as tall as a mountain and as muscular as a bear towered over his tiny partner who barely scratched 5 feet and was as thin as ivy vines. Their friendly, "ready to please" smiles and their crisp, white uniforms gave them an air of approachable professionalism that reminded Gin of plastic surgeon assistants. Naturally, Gin gave the two masseuses a pointed look up-down.

"Hey Denis! Hey Kim!"

Raising a brow, Gin watched as Violet walked up to the masseuses and conversed with them like they were old friends.

"Is this your boyfriend? So handsome!" said the tiny woman excitedly, looking over at Gin.

Violet side-eyed him over her shoulder. "Unfortunately, yes."

He winced. She's still pissed at me.

Inside the room were two massage beds covered in a light smattering of rose petals and surrounded by a wide congregation of tiny tea lights and scented candles. Sounds of gently trickling water were cut by the lazy jingle of wind chimes and flute music coming from speakers installed at the corners of the room. Aside from the Picasso-esque print hanging on one of the walls facing the beds, it was a standard massage room complete with metal carts carrying a wide selection of scented oils, moisturizing creams, and massage utensils.

"Can I have your robe?" Kim asked of Gin when the couple stood by their individual massage beds.

"You're my masseuse?" Gin said, stripping off his bath robe and handing it over to a drooling Kim. "Not the big guy over there?"

"Is that a problem? Would you prefer a male?"

The shipping has got to stop.

"No it's just..." Gin eyed the thick-muscled Denis as he was prepping his hands with massage oil. Denis turned his eyes away from Gin, a thin veil of sweat appearing on his forehead.

"I just like the feel of a man's hands on me, that's all," Violet said to Gin as she lowered herself face forward on the soft bed. "No need to be jealous."
