"Are we gonna work at your house or mine?" Devin asked.

"We can work at my house." I said, shyly. I handed him one of the papers Austin handed me.

"You don't need to find out all of it, figure out the most important stuff. You get to choose the questions to ask. You need to have at least 15 questions. The way the presentation looks, and how you present will have a toll on your grade." Mr.Shue explained. "Get to work!"

"Well," I said. "You wanna get the questions answered?"

"Sure." He smirked at me.

"What?"

"Oh nothing...." He said, still smirking.

Thirty minutes later, we had most of my questions answered. I wanted to ask them all and put the answers where I see fit. "What are your plans after high school?" I asked him.

"Well, I want to get a football scholarship. I'm not sure where to, I want to major in business. I plan on owning a company that helps the disabled with doing things they never thought they would be able to do."

"Okay..." I said jotting that down. So, I misjudged him a bit. He wants to help the world. Not just be a brainless football player. "Any extra info?"

"I think people should stop judging me on the fact that I'm a football player. People think I'm stupid, but that's because I'm on the team. I get mostly A's and A+'s in every class."

"That's all my questions..." I said softly.

Another thirty minutes later we were through the majority of his questions.

"Ringgg!" The class bell rang.

"Class, dismissed!" Mr.Shue exclaimed "Go home and get this done. Presenting starts tomorrow!"

"I need your number, Adria. So I can find out your address and what time."

"Here." I gave him a slip of paper with my number on it.

"See you tonight." He waved at me and walked over to Ella.

"Oohhhh!" Corey said, sneaking up on me. I hit his face.

"I told you not to sneak up on me, idiot."

"Ow!"

"Good job, Adira!" Ana laughed and gave me a high five.

"I got to get home, Devin's coming over later to work on this." I said heading to my locker.

"Oohh, alone time with Devinnnn." Corey sang.

"Ana, why are we friends with him?" I asked.

"Because we felt bad for how stupid and how friendless he was." She laughed.

"Hey!" Corey said. "You guys are mean! But I got to go to... Bye!" He left.

"Bye Corey. Bye Ana." I waved and started walking home.
