I laughed, Corey telling Devin to meet him at my house for food was his way of reminding he was there for me. Abruptly, I stopped laughing. "Corey was my ride home, how am I supposed to get home?" I asked.
"I can drive you and I can explain everything while we are driving, but I'll make sure I pay attention to the road a little bit more." He smiled at me and I smiled back at him. His left arm looped around my waist as he led me to the elevator. Even thought our rooms were only in the 300's, we were on the top floor of a five floored building.
When we got in the elevator, Devin pressed the level one button and kissed me, slowly but passionately. He quickly kissed me a little rougher, without pulling apart, my hands reached up and tugged on his hair. I heard him moan softly, which made me laugh. He pulled away. "You think that was funny?" He said using a stern voice.
"Yeah." I said, softly.
"I'm gonna show you something funny, when you least expect it." His eyes darkened and he smirked. He moved back to my right instead of being in front of me and grabbed my butt.
"Hey!" I said, swatting his hand away. He then moved it up to my waist.
"Oops." He smirked at me.
When we got out in the car, the one Devin said his friend dropped off, I buckled up and sat silently, hands in my lap, tense, thinking about Devin and Kloey. His hand slid over to my knee.
"You don't gotta be so tense, Princess. I.... Kloey made me do that to you because she was jealous. She didn't say that exactly, but the look in her eyes when ever I admired you from a far, looked at you, stood near you or even talked to you was so jealous, firey. She wanted me to put you in your place and embarrass you, but I could never do that. I honestly forgot all about the whole Kloey thing until she came to see me yesterday. Turns out, she thought I was some guy named Derek, then I kicked her out." He stopped talking and my vision was blurring slightly. "Please, don't cry. I could never think of hurting you again. I love you to much to be some sort of idiot player. You know those books where the guy begins like a player, but then is changed by that one girl, the one that reads all the time, the Nerdy Princess. Adria, you are my nerdy princess and I am your changed player. Do you forgive me?" His eyes were filled with sorrow, love and hope.
"Yeah, I forgive you, and I love you." I smiled at him and he flashed his crazy happy smile back.
"Great, that was the make up, where's the make out?" He asked. I could hear the smirk in his voice.
"You already got that in the elevator." I said, shaking my head. We pulled up to my house.
"When you least expect it." He said, his lips brushing past my ear. I could feel the blush creeping up my neck. I hopped out of the car and turned back to look at him. He smirked then drove off.
