"What are they doing?" I ask Diago as a watch Rantaro and Valt search behind the bushes next the Beigoma Academy. "Looking for Jin." He answers. I raise an eyebrow and look at him. "Jin Aizawa?" I ask. "Yeah, Valt got a phone call from Naoki. Apparently Jin has a history of cheating, and they're scared that he's going to sabotage Shu." He explains. "Sounds to me that he's just trying to get into your heads. Didn't he loose to Valt in the last round?" I ask and he nods. "Yeah, and I'm thinking like you are, but Valt is set on the idea that he's a friend." Diago says. I nod before looking around for Shu who hadn't arrived yet. I had decided to take him up on his offer of coming to pratice with everyone. It was either that or continue avoiding Lui. He's tried to apologize, but I'm still heated, and after a few tries he began to respect that. 

Diago noticed my searching. "It was Shu that invited you right?" He asks. "Yeah, we ran into each other yesterday." I say. I'm not sure if he'd told anyone about the kiss, but I wasn't going to say anything in case he didn't want me to. "You two seem really close." Diago continues. I then realized what he was doing. I laughed lightly. "Nice try." I say at his sly attempt at getting me to talk about my feelings. He shrugged and gave me a small smile. "You can't blame me for trying. Neither of you like to talk about feelings. You seem to concern yourself with others before yourselves." He says. I tilt my head, contemplating what he said. "I'm going to go up to the roof. You want to join? Shu will know where to go when he gets here." Diago says. "No it's ok, I'll wait." I say. He nods and went off to a door on the side of the school that my best guess lead to the roof.

I waited for about a minute more, watching Rantaro and Valt move through the bushes to keep me busy. I looked around again, and finally spotted Shu walking towards us. I smiled and he smiled back. I was lost in the moment until Valt snapped me back into reality by running past me screaming, "Shu!" He started, but then stopped in his tracks. "What happened? Did Jin do it?" He asks, noticing the small bruise on he chin. Shu looked back at me, it was extremely swift, but I saw it. "I tripped while I was on a run yesterday." He says, trying to assure Valt. "Are you sure?" Valt asks. "I'm sure, let's go." Shu says with a small smile. Valt smiles and runs off to the door before stopping to wait for the rest of us. 

"How are you?" He asks me while we were out of ear sho from the others. "I should be asking you that." I say, looking down. "You worry about others too much." He says. Diago said the same thing. "It's my fault you're hurt." I whisper. "Why do you think that it's your fault? I kissed you. I don't have a sister, but I have a feeling I would have done the same thing." He says. "Seriously?" I ask. He shrugs. "Probably, especially if it was Lui. I wouldn't want my sister dating someone like him." He says. "Hey! That's my brother you're talking about!" I shout, bumping into him playfully. "Yeah, sorry." He says, rubbing his arm.

"Lui feels the same thing about you. He doesn't trust you." I say. "Do you trust me?" He asks. "Should I?" I ask with a smirk before walking ahead slightly. I then walked with Valt until we came to a stairway. Valt and Rantaro then stopped me, which confused me. Shu came up next to me again and rolled his eyes. "Come on." He says, taking my hand and pulling me around the corner. "Huh?" I ask out loud. He pulled started to pull me up stairs before Valt stopped us, but I wasn't paying attention. Instead I pulled my hand out of Shu's and moved a few steps up. I smiled slightly at the feeling of being taller that him. "Dude, don't even get me started." Rantaro states as I listen to the conversation again. "Oh brother." Shu mumbles, turning to me. I laughed lightly before Shu raised an eyebrow. "What?" He asked. "I'm taller now." I state. He rolled his eyebrows playfully and walked up a few steps to show that he was taller. I pout and stuck my tongue out at him, which only made him smile more.
