Chapter 45: Rias's confrontation part 3

After rias Unlocked Issei's Crimson cardinal form, she made use of the power she gained to avenge Raynare by defeating her Aunt Misla Bael. With two blades coming out of her gauntlets, Rias attacked Misla with all her strength but Misla blocked the attacks with her spear. When one of rias's blades hit Her spear, misla parried Rias and broke the blade on her right arm, and scratched her helmet. Rias backed away and decided to use her claw; when she did, her claw had merged with the armour giving it an emerald gem in the centre and it was covered in the armour. After seeing her claw take on a new form, rias decided to use one of her mystic artes on Misla. Rias then rushed towards her and got her to stop blocking her attacks

"NO MERCY! WOUNDS THAT WON'T HEAL, CARVED AND SEARED INTO FLESH WITH CRIMSON FLAMES! CRIMSON PAIN!" Rias yell while unleashing a new arte

Rias dives from the air, striking Misla with her foot and sending her airborne. She then unsheathes her gauntlet blade covered in crimson flames and slashes her twice, knocking her down on the ground. Sheathing her gauntlet blade and releasing her demonic arm's power, Rias ends the arte by diving down and clawing misla.

"How are you this strong!? You were not this strong before!" Misla questioned frustrated

"Because, no one hurts the people i love and gets away with it." Rias answered coldly

While rias was getting closer to her, Misla thrusted her spear at rias, but after one of the thrusts rias grabbed it, pulled it out of hands and threw it away from her.

"This fight is over misla. I don't want to kill you." Rias told her

"Why should i believe a lord of calamity like you? If you're trying to be like velvet Crowe you're doing a terrible job. You'd rather follow the steps of a woman who brought chaos into the world than your family. The people that loved you." Misla questioned

"You think beating a little girl senseless is love!? I don't think so! I've endured a lot of things since i was a child! My parents beating me when i disobeyed them! Everything i did wrong, lead to me being beaten! I still have some of the scars on my body from the days they beat me." Rias questioned with anger

"Does that give you the right to turn on your own family?" Misla asked

"If it means closure for my nephew's death, then yes." Rias answered aggressively

Rias exits out of her armour and heads towards the warp pad on the opposite end of the room. As she did, Misla saw a chance and took it, she ran to her spear, grabbing it and aimed it towards rias. Misla tries to throw her spear but was knocked out by someone. Rias looks towards where misla was and sees raynare alive. When rias saw raynare alive she shocked and happy to see her alive.

"Someone needs to watch your back." Raynare said

Rias runs to raynare and hugs her tightly

"I'm so glad you're alive!" Rias cried happily

"I am too." Raynare agreed

Rias stops hugging raynare

"How are you alive?" Rias wondered

"Your crimson aura might be the answer. I saw some of it go to raynare and since she's been around you and issei for the longest time, i'd say that her pact allowed your aura to heal her." Ddraig suggested

"I don't get it but, alright. Anyway, let's get going. Sirzech is deeper inside this building." Rias suggested

"Yeah." Raynare agreed

Raynare enter's rias's body.

"Time to finish my quest." Rias said with determination

After raynare's sudden revival, rias continued to find her brother, so she can put an end to all of this. After rias had left through the warp pad, misla woke up and noticed that rias was gone.
