Your POV

I knocked the door excitedly.

Open up Sohee!! I got loads to tell you!

Sohee opened the door.

"I gotta tell you something!" We both said at the same time.

I laughed. Just as I was about to take a step in the apartment, Sohee yelled "YAH!! DON'T YOU DARE!" 

I stepped back startled. "Why?!" I asked when I came back to my senses after a few seconds. She doesn't usually yell like this...

"Why?! Look at you! I just cleaned up!" She pointed at my soaked shoes.

I realised that I was still dripping from rain...

Oh.

I shook my hair to get them to at least stop dripping...just then a towel came from inside and hit me square on my faceu.

"Thanks" I mumbled, with a hint of sarcasm.

When I was dry enough, I went in, my shoes dangling from my finger.

"Outside!" Sohee said without looking.

"Ok! God! " I put them out in the balcony and came back.

After changing my clothes, I jumped beside her on sofa.

"Have you ever, EVER in your ENTIRE life sat on a sofa like ordinary people?" Sohee rolled her eyes.

"I'm extraordinary." I replied, shrugging.

She chuckled and said "ok, I gotta tell you something." 

"Oh yeah me too," I realised. "You go first."

"Of course I'll. He must've kissed you again so shut up and listen to me now." Sohee said.

How did she...

Is it that obvious? 

I suppressed my laugh and diverted my attention back to her.

"Result's out bish, I'm a chef now!!!" Sohee shrieked.

"What??!!! That's awesome!!!!!" I cheered.

"And guess what? They gave me internship kind of at Ryunique!!!!!" Sohee exclaimed.

"Wow! Isn't that the one you kept talking about?" I asked.

"Yess!!! I'll be working under Chef Ryu!!!" 

"So when do you start?" 

"Next Monday."

"We gotta celebrate this!" I suggested.

"Yeah...." 

But my every blink was getting longer already.

So I wished her 'bad' night and prepared myself to go to the best and my most favourite place to go- 

The land of the nod.
