"Hey!" Daisy said brightly as she entered the school and saw her friends. Connor and Roni smiled back and waved... Well, Connor did. Roni was digging around in her bag looking for something.

"Hey Daisy," Connor smiled. He ran a hand through his black hair and under his arm was a soccer ball. Connor was really shy and distant when they all first became friends but after a while he opened up and was really funny when you got to know him.

"Roni, what in heavens name are you looking for?" Daisy enquired.

Connor moved next to Daisy and whispered to her, "She thinks she lost her homework and if she doesn't hand it in Mrs Autagavai said she'll give her detention."

Daisy's mouth made an O face as that registered.

Roni, who has been ignoring them for the past few minutes, jumped up with a crumbled piece of paper in her hands.

"Aha! Found it!"

Daisy chuckled nervously as Roni drawed everyone's attention to them. She hated being the center of attention or being in a crowd.

"Hey, Daisy, did you write a letter back for Izzy?" Connor asked as they moved along the corridor.

"I'm going to write it today actually," Daisy said.

Connor moved to say something but Roni beat him to it by interrupting, "OH! If you do, can you tell Iz that Connor made it into the soccer team and is team captain?"

Connor hit her in the head, "You weren't supposed to tell anyone that!"

Roni looked blankly at him, "Why?"

Connor's ears turned red and he scratched the back of his neck with his hand, "I just--It's just that... Ya' know..."

Daisy and Roni looked at each other with small smile son their face. Connor hated being complimented and he always got bashful and shy when someone does compliment him.

RIIINNGGGGG RINNNGGGGGG

"Well, we better get going to class," Daisy said.

Skipped to the end of the day

"By guys!" Daisy exclaimed as she walked out of the iron gates of the school.

"Bye D!" Roni shouted back. Connor was not there as it was the first practice for the boys' soccer team.

Daisy jumped into her mom's car. Harry was sitting in the seat next to her, a seatbelt loosely around him, while Dudley sat in front in his car seat.

"How was your day?" Petunia asks. Her hair and make up perfect even though she was just coming to pick up her from school.

"It was good." Diasy tightened Harry's seat belt around him. As she did, Harry looked up and grabbed her arm as he babbled at her in his own language.

Daisy smiled down at him and tickled his stomach. He gave a laugh.

Daisy also reached around the passenger seat to ruffle Dudley's hair. Which he squirmed in response.

For the rest of the car ride, they chatted occasionally as they drove.

They drove passed the houses that looked exactly the same. Nothing unusual. Nothing that stood out. Nothing weird. Everything perfect and proper.

When they finally pulled up to their house in Privet Drive, Daisy helped Harry out of his seat belt and carried him inside the house.

She walked up the wooden stairs, where photos littered the wall of what looked like a beach ball but was actually a baby Dudley, and walked right into her room.

She settled Harry and her school bag down on her purple duvet and rummaged through her cupboard for a toy for Harry.

Most of the toys she had for Harry were either second hand toys from Dudley or Izzy.

When Izzy heard how Harry didn't have that much toys she have Daisy a whole bag of her old toys- toy trucks, cars, building blocks and two teddy bears. She also gave Daisy an old blanket. The blanket was blue, had a few tassels on the sides and had pictures of bears and dog footprint on them.

When Daisy tried to pay her back in some way, Izzy told her that it was no problem and that, in contrary, Daisy was doing her a favor by helping her get rid of her old toys that would just clutter her attic, since she was an only child and there would be no one else to give those toys to.

After a few minutes, Daisy let up and she held up a toy rattle. The red and blue paint that decorated the otherwise white rattle was starting to peel and fade away.

But Harry didn't care and took the rattle with glee.

Daisy smiled as she watched Harry shake the rattle up and down and hit it everywhere.

Daisy sat down in her chair and took a piece of paper and pen out of her draw. She then began writing with Harry's excited giggles and babbling in the background.

Dear Izzy

Things have been going pretty well over here. We all miss you though and Connor and Roni send their love. I'm glad to hear that you made friends and that you had a good trip!

Things have been going okay at home. Harry misses you so much! We all can't wait to see you in the Christmas Holidays! School has not been the same since you left and it is quite weird without you!

Connor tried out for the soccer team and he made it! He was even voted Team Captain! They grow up so fast. Haha!

Roni said she might try out for the school's volleyball team.

She asked me to do it with her... I stared at her blankly and said, "Me? Oh, I don't do sports... Or running... Or anything remotely connected to to getting up."

But since it's compulsory, unfortunately, to do at least ONE sport, I guess I have to decide and do SOMETHING... I'm thinking on doing soccer... Only problem? There isn't a girls' team!

I told Roni this when she INSISTED I do volleyball and ya' wanna know what she said? She said that I should just go for the boys' team... I really don't know what to do. I really want to play soccer but I don't know what to do... Please, write back and give me some advice on what I should do!

I have to go now and get Harry and me a snack. He has been missing you as well!

Lots of love

Daisy Dursley

P. S. I just finished the fourth book in the Malory Towers series! It was amazing and Enid Blyton was such an amazing authoress. Have you finished them yet?

P. S.S. What sports does your school play again? I couldn't hear you last time you said it.
