"Lily! Wake up" my dad yelled. "What" I say waking down the steps In my rainbow mock neck top, high waisted light was shorts, adidas and denim jacket. "Great you're already ready" my mom said kissing me on my forehead. "me and your father got you something" my mom smiled warmly. She had the warmest smile. Well so did dad. They handed me a black box and I unraveled the paper. It was a furry backpack with a keychain with a L on it. "Have a good day lils I'll be out of town for a few months" my dad said walking out the door with mom. "Are they gone" my brother asked behind the door. "Sorry, I just didn't want to hear their speech" he laughed grabbing the French toast. "They got you Sonics" I say looking down at his feet. "I know rad." He smiled. "We have to start leaving" I told him. "I want to drive to school today so come on" I laugh. We stopped by my best friend Lydia's house to pick up her and my other BFF Stephanie. "Hello Lydia" my brother said politely. She shook her head. "Stephanie" He said rolling his eyes. "Dickhead, whoops I mean Justin" she smiled. He looked forward rolling his eyes again. Justin didn't like Stephanie, but the feeling was mutual. They used to be best friends though. Oh well, stupid teens huh. We finally arrived. North Aberdeen High. I walked into the school with my group into the cafeteria. I frowned. "Same old same old divided school." Our school had major clicks. Our nerds, geeks, loners, emos, jocks, popularly, us. We were known to be popular, but not assholes. "Aye man" Justin's friends approached him. Calvin And Duke. Calvin was blonde. Duke had black hair. "Douches" I laughed. We sat down at our table. Calvin kept looking over at Justin shaking his head. Justin fakes a yawn and put an arm around Stephanie. "What do you want" she said calmly. "What do you want me to wane baby girl" Justin winked. I barfed in my mouth. Stephanie slapped him. I laughed so hard I almost died. Across the way I saw a kid sitting alone. I stared for a minute. "Lil" my brother said. It broke my glare. I walked over to Kurt. I sat down he looked at me in a confused state. "Want to sit with us" Kurt asked. "My friends are coming soon" he said. "They can join us too!" I smiled grabbing his arm leading him to the table. "What up Kurt" my brother did his handshake with him. "I'm surprised you still remember" My brother laughed a little. "Treehouse rules" Kurt smiled. Then two boys walked over. One mega tall and the other about Kurt's height. "Well This is Stephanie, off limits" my brother glared at Stephanie who rolled her eyes. "And here is Lydia, Duke and Calvin." "Cool" Kurt said. "And you most likely remember Lily" my brother glared at me. I hope he forgot me. "Yeah, Lily Morris" Kurt smiled. Maybe he didn't remember details though. Right?
