Episode 1: Started from the bottom and we still going up

Jungkook has the Quirk, Soul Manipulation which stigmatises him because it's seen as 'bad.' But its not like he cares anymore, all he wants to do is go to school, get good grades till he graduates and find a good enough job to keep him stable in life.

What could possibly go wrong?

방탄 고등학교 (trans: Bangtan High) is known for being the Number One school in all of Asia. It's a giant facility that tends to the needs of both Quirk and Quirkless students. The school was founded over 50 years ago, but was currently being principled by a man called Bang Si Hyuk. But everyone called him Principle Bang or Headmaster Bang. Principle Bang had two sons with extraordinary powers.

His elder son, had the ability to take other peoples quirks and use them for his own advantage. His son had attended Bangtan High about 5 years ago, rumour has it that he now works with the Vanguard Action Squad. His little brother? Apparently he had the complete opposite powers of his brother. He had the ability to take away people's abilities, both brothers could control their powers well. The younger brother was an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. and was only 17. He would've attended Bangtan High like his brother but he wanted to stick with the Avengers, working with them closely.

I guess rumours and news spreading like wildfire was still a thing that occured in private school? Jungkook didn't care too much, he and his subconscious made a pact to simply not. get. involved. in. drama. Still he knew that when it came to Houses, there would always be some type of feud.

So Bangtan High has 6 Houses. In order of most popular to least popular; One Punch Man, Sailor Moon, Astro Boy, Honey Kisaragi, Emily Sung and lastly... Anpanman. Jungkook was in Anpanman, he kind of saw that coming though. The Houses were all in different colours, so Jungkook was in the Yellow House. He was alright with that, he'd simply treat his house like it was Hufflepuff. Maybe everyone would be nice to him?

Even though Bangtan High was a co-educational school there was basically two different schools, joint physically by the Training Facility and Great Hall. Jungkook was of course, part of the boys side. The only way they were separated was through dorms. The girls all dormed together, and the boys the same way. The Houses you were appointed with didn't really mean anything unless there were assemblies and registration, other than that, they were all pretty calm.

"So you guys have numbers all situated to your own rooms, I'll be seeing two specific people though," Namjoon explained. "Can I see Jeon Jungkook and Park Jimin?" Jungkook walked over to Namjoon confused whilst the rest of the First Years started to get into their dorm rooms. "Nothing wrong, so don't worry," Namjoon smiled at the two boys.

"Jimin, since you're a Second Year transfer, you'll be dorming with the Second Years. Here's your key and the facility is a level above the First Years," Namjoon explained. Jimin grinned and sped off with his key.

"Now Jungkook, you're Quirk makes us want you to have extra... precautions-" Jungkook blanked out on Namjoon. He was kind of tired to trying to explain that he was normal, but no. When you're Quirk is soul manipulation you're immediately classes as the bad guy. If people kept judging him on his Quirk he was getting close to actually turning into a bad guy.

"So what now?" Jungkook asked, cutting off Namjoon.

"Right so you have a separate room as well- that's basically it. But if you need help in harnessing and controlling your powers then-"

"I get it," Jungkook sighed, simply taking the keys from Namjoon's hand and walking off. He couldn't help but feel bad, of course Namjoon didn't really want to make him feel left out, but that's exactly how Jungkook felt. He was small, tiny even. He would always be stuck in the shadows and that honestly hurt him. Guess private and public schools are kind similar, Jungkook thought. He subconscious floated around him, spinning in the air and not having any troubles at all. Jungkook sighed, wishing he was in his subconscious' place. Everything seemed so much nicer when no one saw you.
