Episode 31: I really wanna, wanna, wanna Just dance

It's the Second Task and for it the contestants just have to climb over a big glass cylinder to get into a small room and press a button. Except the facility they're in is an underwater one and it's starting to get filled with the sea water from outside. Contestants all rush to press the button in the middle of the glass cylinder groom but nothing happens. 

Soon they realise that there really is no way to escape the facility. So they all sit on the glass pane or just sit by the side. Thinking up way to get out of the facility that won't kill them. Until Jungkook reminds them of an old movie he watched about an underwater facility that got flooded. It sunk.

A silence had settled around each and every contestant, as they took in Jungkook's words. The only sound came from the water that flowed outside the cylinder and started to fill up each individual room. "But- but that's a film," Jeongin stuttered.

"Still counts," Jungkook said, "First the entire facility floods, and then the building shakes-" Jungkook and a bunch of other contestants started to scream when the facility grumbled and shook slightly. He held onto Yugyeom who was the closest person to him. "Because the structure is held together by titanium. They'll hold the facility for as long as possible, but the more water gets inside the facility. The heavier it gets. The pillars holding this place up will break like toothpicks," he explained. He let others translate to their teammates as the seriousness of the situation finally plunged through the very depths of everyone. Jungkook gulped, he looked over to his said to see the water slowly reach up to him.

"What happens- when the column break?" Subin (VICTON) asked.

"The drop will be too much pressure. They'll be a moment where the entire facility gets swallowed into the water. One second of us all underwater, and the next? We'll be sinking faster than the Titanic," he said.

"We'll probably die underwater anyway," Chan said, getting up and standing on the edge. "We've got to do something," he looked around at everyone.

Kerenza stood up and gave him an affirmative nod, "we will. We'll swim for it," she said. "It's the only chance we have-"

"Are you crazy? We can't just swim for it. One, we have no idea where we're going- it's pitch black out there and the time it takes for us to reach the surface will be too long. Two, no one can hold their breath for that long," Suho (EXO) said.

"We could get life jackets?" Debney suggested.

"There are none here, and there would be no point. The speed it would take to reach the surface after pulling a life jacket? Yeah... that's instant kill," Chan muttered.

"So we die?" a voice called. Everyone turned to see Kei (Lovelyz) swimming by her room. She pushed up and sat on the edge, "it is legal?" she asked.

"Is what legal?" Namjoon asked, also swimming to the top.

"Taking away our quirks. These dampeners," she held her wrist out. Where the waterproof bracelets still shone. "That was my quirk they took away. My human rights, isn't it against the law?" she wandered out loud.

Everyone was silent, "it is. There's been amendments and laws put in place. Finding quirk dampeners must have been hard- also expensive. They shouldn't have done that," Namjoon said.

"Good," Kei smashed her bracelet against the wall. Jungkook and a few others all flinched at the aggressive behaviour. She kept smashing her arm against the edged of the metal wall. "I don't plan on dying like this, just so you know." Everyone watched her smash her arm, damage it to a point that bruises started to form. But she couldn't even lay a scratch on the bracelet. It stayed the same and that drove Kei even more. "Let me go!" she screamed.
