Episode 24: Ayy you never walk alone, If you and I are together, we can smile

PREVIOUSLY ON:               QUIRKS

After spending a week at Jungkook's house the maknae line of BTS, decide to go to Taehyung's house and spend Christmas there. Of course Heechul's not ready to let his son go but does so in the end, with Jungkook leaving a goodbye kiss to his 'mum.' When he arrives at Taehyung's house he realises that both Taehyung and Jimin live in mansions, that they're two completely different people compared to him.

But the other members... what's their Christmas like?

Namjoon spent his entire Christmas around the school grounds but mostly in his dorm with Yoongi. He's usually be spending more time with his best friend but Yoongi had a History mock exam straight after the holidays so it was no go for him. The leader of BTS simply stayed in his dorm all lonely or occasionally walked around the school on his own, just really bored.

Namjoon was in the middle of walking through the giant field, looking around the forest area at the back of the school, he sighed and closed his eyes, letting snow fall on his head. He loved the snow, it was peaceful and usually the school was the quietest during winter. The leader of BTS, kicked at the snow beneath his feet as he watched the pure white substance roll over in a blanket of white mess. He looked around at the frozen lake and proceeded to walk in that direction, making sure to be more careful since the snow was turning more icy around the lake.

"Pretty, isn't it?" a girl said, Namjoon turned to her and smiled.

"You like the snow?" he asked.

"Oh god no, can't handle how cold it gets around here... you'd think with how expensive this school is they heaters would be on during class huh?" she squeaked, looking back at the lake. "Do you think I could ice skate on that?"

Namjoon pursed his lips, "probably get around a metre before you fall in," he said.

The girl nodded once and smiled, "they'll be showing the First Task on national television after Christmas apparently."

Namjoon quirked an eyebrow, "how'd you know?"

"They did that last time, and the year before. I hardly doubt that they'll change this year," she said. Namjoon squinted slightly at the girl, looking at her feature thoroughly. Her hair was long and pitch black, her face small and cheek rosy from the cold. Her lips were plump and slightly red, with her nose matching. She blinked her eyes a couple times and reached out her hand facing the sky, watching the snow settle on her smooth palm.

"Seokjin?" Namjoon asked.

The girl turned to look at Namjoon and simply nodded once, "took you long enough. What gave it away?" she asked.

"Your eyes," he said, and it was true. Seokjin didn't change the shape of his eyes the much, his lips were the same but smaller. His nose had changed to look more feminine, a button nose. But, when you paid attention... for a couple minutes, you could tell. Seokjin smiled slightly and changed back into a man, "you don't have to change you know?" Namjoon said suddenly, "it's not weird or anything, I think you look pretty either way," the younger blurted. Then he realised what he said and blushed heavily, "I- I mean- not that you're not pretty- just I-"

He stopped when he heard Jin laugh suddenly, "it's fine. I've never been called pretty before, handsome? Yeah. But pretty... I like it." Now it was Jin's turn to blush at his comment. He coughed and pulled up his scarf, covering his mouth slightly as he turned to look back at the lake. "You um... you come to the lake often?"

Namjoon shook his head, "I usually stay in my dorm or in school. It's just cause it's snowing. I really like the snow, just winter in general. I could talk about this season for hours on end," he chuckled.
