Somehow each day fell into empty space. Minghao and Mingyu stayed in the hotel room as they just arrived in Japan. The streetlights flickering on in the cold quiet streets as midnight approached. Minghao dropped onto his bed, sighing in relief. "Ah the start of our trip, this is going to be so much fun!"

Mingyu smiled at the other in reply. "Yeah." he said softly as he sat down on his bed. 

Minghao sat up. He had taken notice of Mingyu's tone in his voice, and frowned. "Hey c'mon can't you live without Wonwoo for a moment?" Minghao groaned from his bed and rolled his eyes at the younger.

The taller quickly looked at the other and pouted. "Is it a sin to think about him?"

He snorted. "In my book it is." Minghao said and laughed, seeing the younger roll his eyes.

"Is not."

"Is too."

"Is not"

"Is too"

The two both stared at each other and laughed. Mingyu remembered the small smile on Wonwoo's lips and his cheeks grew red, his heart thumped fast and Minghao saw it. He sighed but then a small smile plastered on his lips. He yawned and stretched his arms, "Well Mingyu, I'll be going to take a shower first." the older spoke as he opened his luggage to get his clothes and move to the bathroom. 

"Okay." Mingyu spoke and got his phone, hearing the bathroom door closing. He pulled up his phone to see that he had been receiving messages. It was from their group chat. 

"Hey how about, we make a group chat for the break since we all won't be hanging out with each other?" 

"I'm fine with that."

"Me too."

"As long as you all be wont be noisy."

"Just mute the group if we are noisy, stupid."

Mingyu remembered the heated argument between Jihoon and Minghao after that conversation and laughed. Though he wasn't surprised when they all we're awake by now.

Wonwoo had just arrived in his hometown. His family (not really much of his dad) welcomed him warmly into the familiar comfort of their home. He stayed in his room, as he had just arrived late, playing with his phone and enjoying the entertainment from his group of friends in their group chat.

He looked up from his phone, smiling, and he wondered why he was friends with all of them. Yet, he didn't want to complain because they had turned his boring and mundane collage life into something really interesting and fun. He would admit it-- he really likes spending time with them. His phone buzzed and the checked the chat again.

Wonwoo stared at the photo, he didn't realize he was looking at it until a knock at the door disturbed his thoughts. His cheeks grew red in embarassment. Did I literally just stare at Mingyu's photo? Wonwoo thought and groaned. However his thoughts moved back to the scene in their apartment-- when it seemed as if Mingyu and Minghao 'kissed'. Wonwoo did not like the bitter feeling. His door opened and his brother, Bohyuk, came in.

"Hey hyung, mom said that you can eat now downstairs." he announced to the older.

Wonwoo snapped out of his thoughts and looked at the younger. "Alright." he spoke and left his phone at the his old study table he used before when he was in highschool. His brother rushed downstairs and Wonwoo quietly chuckled at the energy of the other as he trailed behind.

He looked at his parents who sat at the table and talked with each other. Soon changing their attention towards the two boys who sat down. "So how's it been?" his mother started, breaking the silence in the room.

His dad didn't bother to look at him but with just a nod as a greeting. Their relationship never seemed like a father-son one. Yet, it all felt too professional, which Wonwoo despised. He looked towards his mom and smiled. "It's going well." he answered simply and went back to eating.

His brother Bohyuk started telling stories about his highschool life. Wonwoo felt nostalgia, reminding him about the old days when life seemed less hard-- when they all spent time with each other. His mother listened as her smile never left her face, to even that Wonwoo had questioned whether her cheeks ever hurt. He listened in and made some comments at Bohyuk's stories, their father who soon joined in but only gave out less comments too.

"How about you hyung, anything interesting?" Bohyuk asked as he turned to look at the older.

I like boys, Kim Mingyu and he's really so nice and handsome and-

"Nothing much except for a lot of school work and small parties between friends." He answered with a shrug.

His mother beamed. "Reminded me of when I was in college. Your dad-" she looked at Wonwoo for a moment. "-He was really a tough cookie." she had to continue. Wonwoo just looked away and acted like his father wasn't mentioned.

Bohyuk stood up, "Well hyung and I will be in my room, thanks for the dinner mom, dad." he smiled and dragged his brother up the stairs.
