what i said.
so i'm walking through the cafeteria, and i'm on my way to the bathroom.
i eat my lunch is the handicap stall. it's roomy, it doesn't smell, and i can't get made fun of.
i was holding all my books and this journal when this kid slams me on the floor.
he's a real jerk. starter of the football team, as a freshman.
i tried to pick up my things when he saw this journal. it's labeled "...thoughts" so it's pretty obvious..
he laughed and started flipping through it.
he tore a few pages, read most of it to the whole cafeteria, and then threw it back at me.
i was going to run into the bathroom when i got a sudden boost of confidence.
"shut the heck up. you don't know anything about me. my business is mine, and not anyone else's.
this whole school teases me and bullies me, but why?
is it because you're so insecure that you have to tear someone else down to your level?
that's sad. absolutely pathetic. have fun with your lack of a life.
i'll be making good grades and learning to love myself."
and i walked out of the cafeteria with my head held high.
