Chapter 38

I couldn't wait to see Calum again!

And I knew Alison couldn't wait to see Luke again!

My mum told us that we could walk about until they sorted stuff out.

We didn't hesitate and headed straight to where the bags were.

I saw Calum standing rubbing his hands together.

As soon as he saw me, he ran towards me.

I ran straight to him.

"Carly!" he shouted

He reached his arms out and gave me the tightest cuddle ever, before giving me a kiss.

"I know it's not been too long! But I've missed you so much!" he said to me

"I've missed you too!" I told him

I looked round and saw Luke and Alison were hugging.

Calum just looked at me and smiled.

"Where's your mum and dad?" he asked me

"Oh eh, they're away, sorting the flight thingy out!" I said quite confused

Calum just laughed.

"Do you wanna go and find them?" he asked

"Yeah okay!" I said

The 4 of us went to find them before coming back for our bags.

Luke and Alison were holding hands.

I wanted to hold Calum's hand, but I couldn't.

Not til I told my mum and dad about us.

Calum understood.

When we found them, we all headed back to get all our luggage.

Me, Calum, Luke and Alison walked in front.

I could briefly here my mum and dad talking.

I could here Calum's name getting mentioned.

I swear I heard something like 'he's a nice boy!' which made me smile.

Calum, Luke and my dad went ahead to put all our luggage on the trolley.

Me, Alison and my mum walked behind.

"So about Calum!" my mum said

"What about him?" I asked blushing

"He's a nice boy!" she said

"Yeah about that mum!" I said

I thought I'd just get it over with.

"You two aren't just friends, are you?" she asked

"Ehm...no! The day he took me the theme park was when he asked if I wanted to be his....eh girlfriend!" I explained

"It's fine! He's nice! and I see how he is with you" she said smiling

I was so happy.

When we caught up with Calum and that, me and Alison walked in front with him and Luke again while my mum and dad walked behind.

I grabbed Calum's hand and held it.

He just looked at me.

"You sure?" he asked

"Yep! I've just told my mum!" I said

"Wow! just like that?" he asked laughing

"I think they kind of already knew anyway" I told him

We both just laughed.

"Ehm by the way, me and Calum both drove coz we didn't know whether they'd be a lot of space with the luggage and that!" Luke explained

"Yeah! So who's going with who?"

I was obviously going with Calum, and Alison was going with Luke.

My mum and dad decided to come with me and Calum too.

We packed all the luggage in Luke's car, just because there was more space.

Dad told Luke what hotel it was we were going to.

We all got in the cars and drove to the hotel.
